Muy buena atención

Fui hace varios años, la atención muy buena . Muchos especialistas a pesar de que no me termine operando no me quejo, el personal sabe lo que hace 🫶

I needed covid test certificate and used the services of this hospital. Person who takes the sample does professional job, but that is only good thing there. Result is ready in two days, but on the document that they issue there is no time (hour) when sample was taken, which might be problematic, if you have long flights. Personal is very rude, not helpful and doesn't speak English.

Firstly the English spoken by the staff is horrible. When I went there to get treated they diagnosed me and brought me over to the pharmacy to get recommended treatment. When I asked for a receipt they said no come back with the passport the next time the lady was working and that she would make a receipt then. When I got back they claimed I never seen a doctor, refused to write me a receipt and instead they refunded me the money I had paid for the medicine. Avoid raising place at all cost as I was not able to get compensation from my insurance for all the taxi fairs and also for the time I've lost going twice.

Ya nos habían comentado algunos amigos sobre la atención de este sitio q prefieren recorrer grandes distancias antes de ser atendidos aquí
No hay coordinación entre los empleados
Hoy específicamente dicen q hay problemas con el post, que no hay conexión y 20 razones más para que llevemos 5 horas de espera en la calle y aun no sabemos cuánto más tengamos que esperar para ser atendidos
Personal mal educado y de muy poca cortesía
Cualquiera que quiera ser atendido aquí debería desistir si no quiere pasar un mal momento y una mala experiencia realmente inolvidable

INDOLENTE VULGAR
ESTUVIMOS BAJO EL SOL EN EL PARQUE Y NO CONSEGUIMOS HASTA EL MOMENTO QUE NINGUN EJECUTIVO SALIERA A ATENDERNOS

No la recomiendo, entregan resultados de covid positivos que son falsos y no se hacen responsables de su incompetencia. No pierda sus 30 dólares realizándose pruebas allí busque otra clínica.
