Hotel Meliá Habana

It is a nice hotel with very kind staff. It's little far from the city center,but there is a shuttle to center all the time. Breakfast is so nice with tropical fruit. Thank you very much🙏

One of the most favolous place. where you will be satisfied it is sure. The behaviour of the staffs are very honest. Very comfortable and within satisfied budget.

If Havana were a cocktail, the Meliá Habana would be the extra splash of rum that turns an ordinary vacation into a fiesta! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I knew I was in for a Cuban adventure that would make Desi Arnaz jealous.

Firstly, let's talk about the room. I've stayed in a lot of hotels, but this one took the cake (or should I say, the pastelito). The bed was so comfortable that I'm convinced they've secretly replaced the mattresses with clouds. And the view from the balcony? It's like having a front-row seat to the Cuban version of a telenovela—complete with salsa music and swaying palm trees.

The staff deserves a round of applause, or better yet, a conga line! They're not just employees; they're the maestros of mischief and masters of mayhem. Need directions? They'll guide you with the enthusiasm of a dance instructor teaching the cha-cha. Ask for recommendations, and you might find yourself embarking on a quest for the best mojito in Havana led by the charismatic concierge.

Service received in the Italian Restaurant from the lady Denisel was superb. She was polite and friendly and made sure we were having a good time!!! She was brilliant and the best staff member we met during our stay!

Everything was perfect. I have been staying at this hotel every time I go to Cuba every three months all those bad reviews I don’t know what are they talking about, you get what you pay for ,if you want to get better service and better everything pay for it ,I stay at the level
Floor 7,8,9 I Have no complaints they treat me like royalty. The service is great and the breakfast buffet is the best all you can drink beer all day and snacks. Plus if you are going to stay the whole day in your room with your Jinetera of course, their restaurants are not the best, but there’s a lot of good restaurants and the surroundings of the hotel with very good food and service. There is a lot to enjoy otherwise forget about your Jinetera and go to Dominican republic or Mexico or Hawaii.

On June 17, 2023 I enjoyed the most peaceful and relaxing 15 days vacation at The Hotel Melia Habana. Excellent experience!!! Super nice costume service.. Excellent breakfast buffet 😋 definitely I highly recommend this hotel 🏨 Thank you 😊 see you soon

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Havana to celebrate our 30 year anniversary.

I reserved a Level suite and was pleasantly surprised. The room is huge with 2 full bathrooms and a desk should one want to work. This suite included access to the bistro on the 9th floor where breakfast, finger food and a few drinks are included (at no additional cost).

The pool hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. which is a bit restrictive. Also, bring your credit card or cash if you plan to order drinks from the pool bar as it's impossible to charge it to your room ?!? (reason unknown). Only one of the pools was open but the crowd was small enough to make it OK.

Make sure to reserve ahead of time for the spa. It was full when I tried but I went to Vida Spa 5 minutes away and it was great.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back there next time we go to Havana.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The concierge service is second to none. Alberto and Joel were extremely helpful.

It was an excellent experience as of Joel, staff next to reception who helps above and beyond. He arranged and helped us to plan our trip when our tour guide did not show up. Hence, as of him, we did not waste a day there, he made it a productive and amazing. I will definitely recommend and refer to other my known to stay at the hotel. Other staff members are respectful and we feel safe.

It was a great experience! We were in our honeymoon…staff, room, location are perfect! They make us feel comfortable and happy. If we ever visit again Havana we seriously choose Melia Havana for our stay! Thank you very much for creating such unforgettable moments to us! ❤

Visited the Italian restaurant during my stay in havana. Great atmosphere, food and amazing, friendly, and very accommodating staff. Can’t say enough about how great our experience was. Highly recommend whether you are staying on site or not.

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful hotel resort!! The staff is extremely hospitable, helpful and gracious !! The breakfast buffet is thee BEST ever, everything was fresh and delicious!!! Wait staff was excellent. Check in/out went very smooth!!! The room was very clean cozy and comfortable. This hotel is so gorgeous with tons of charm . The ocean views are spectacular!! The pool is like a dream!!!! The swim up bar is great!! We would make the Melia Habana our first choice when we visit again!! Love ya Cuba!!!
