The best place to gain reliable access to the internet in the area. Hourly rate is 200 CUP. Very clean environs with several bars and restaurants on location where you can get coffee, cocktails and their most popular meat: ham, easy access to taxis, access to a small mall which is accessible to both guests and general public. If you happen to be seated in the lobby in the evenings, you'll often be treated to brief musical live performances.

Fiancé and I choose this hotel because my parents stayed there for honeymoon back in 1981. The welcoming was excellent and the breakfasts was really good. Location is great for anything and restaurant like cuatro Lunas and La cocina de Esteban is just few blocks from there. The pool was amazing and mojitos were really flavourful. Kudos to the doctor and nurse on 22nd floor who performed my covid test. Everybody supper professional. Definitely we will come back

I love this hotel. On the top floor has a nice club that is my go-to when I am in Havana. It always has live music and beautiful dancers. The show is very entertaining.

We have been here for a drink. It has wonderful cocktails. Atmosphere is fantastic and makes you feel relax after a long day. Top class staff.
When we were there, there was a live radio show on going in the lobby hosted by Ana Maria Dominguez. She was kind enough to invite us to show but we were too shy to be live on the radio. We enjoyed a lot here. Left with unforgettable memories.

Like much of Havana, time stopped in 1959. I haven't stayed in this hotel, but walk through the lobby and public rooms. You can practically smell the cigar smoke. Great architecture that hasn't been "improved" greatly. Check it out

Has a beautiful, fun pool deck. There, you can lounge by the pools, order food and drinks, and cool off from the Havana heat. Can't comment on hotel rooms as I did not stay there. They have some stores on the first floor.

Me and a few good people met the world decision makers here... and enjoyed a good cigar.

We went on a cocktails of Cuba excursion through Ryoal Caribbean and it was a great time! The hostess, Claudia, was excellent as we're our 2 bartenders/teachers. They made 3 drinks, the most delicious being their Marachino daiquiri. Then, we had a contest trying to replicate our drink of choice & received a bottle of rum to the "winner". We we're on the 25th floor with panoramic views of Havana. The bartender also served us additional drinks at no additional cost.

Great cigar lounge and lobby bar. Staff could use a little work on the customer service but if you are here for the history, architecture and relax in the lobby bar it's a very good place to stop over.

Well located in the Vedado, this hotel was a good experience in Havana, comfortable rooms and good amenities, breakfast was very good, money exchange and telephone operator in the looby, they even have a cigars and rum shop in the hotel where you can examine and choose your cigars with all trust, recommended.

My “home” in La Habana - great location, spacious rooms with amazing views, friendly helpful staff, great breakfast, cold beer by the pool, 24/7 cafeteria. Coming back next time every time.

Excellent and very helpful the staff on the lobby renovated rooms, the hotel is not working at full but still doing some services like the breakfasts for the pandemic we passing on this world 🌎

The Polenisa Bar and the lobby bar were great. Daquiri in lobby bar was the best I had in Cuba, but the Polenisia bar was the best experience in Cuba. Osvaldo the bartender was extremely friendly and told me the history of the bar and the hotel. His tiki drinks were pretty darned good as well.

Really good place to enjoy a local beer and a view to the park. You can sit outside and watch people going by very busy but not you, you are relaxed with a bucanero (or cristal, depends on your taste).

Nice hotel and very well located. Beeing there you can feel how it was staying in a 5 star hotel of the 70's but with internet. Amazing experience, I recommend it and worths the experience!

The restaurant on top is one of the city best. The cabaret Turkino, a touristy trip off. But actually this hotel is alwayst.go to internet and money exchange hub.

One of top hotels in Havana. Situated near to Old Havana, Ice cream salon, change desk, hotel National and many others landmarks. I recommend this hotel.

Good spot to get wifi if you are traveling. They have a great casa del habanos, perfect for relaxing with a cigar and cup of coffee.

Great place to drink a coffee or cocktails. There are sometimes exhibitions, parties or fashion nights!
