We stopped and got everything we needed a few times. This place has everything!

One of the nicer stores in the region. Not as many US brands as some others, but more than most. Prices seem in line with other stores of this type.

The best local supermarket for a variety of expat brands and needs. Saves you regular trips to automercado, pricesmart, and Walmart. Of course, they don't have everything, but they do have a lot for a tico supermarket, and they are all super nice people.

Has everything you need to make an amazing meal!

Has a bit of everything. Surprisingly has a half decent Asian section that includes 4+ soy sauces, noodles, miso paste, rice paper, etc.

You'll find pretty much everything you might need to cook with here. Has fresh fruits and veggies, wine and beer, marinaded meats, deli meat, cheese, condiments, a stationary section, frozen foods, pet food, etc.

This small but well stocked market has all of the essentials if you're staying in the area. It's very clean and has everything from produce to sunscreen (which you should bring from home if possible because it's very expensive here.) We always stop here on our way into town and it has yet to disappoint.

Surprisingly big variety of items in stock...like a Whole Foods in the U.S. Fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, eggs, frozen meats ... even Beyond Burgers. There is a whole room of bread, an aisle of Bob's Red Mill flours, including coconut flour, and a gluten free flour. Chips, beer, wines, popcorn, I bought swim goggles and flip flops. The store is bigger than it looks from the outside. And they take credit cards.

Has a lot of what you'll find at the big box store just more convenient because it's closer to the beach

Great variety and always fully stocked. Good local owned business that cares for the community and the environment. They encourage the use of boxes and recyclable grocery bags and try to limit plastic bag use.

This place has quote a few things I can't find anywhere else. I drive all the way from Tamarindo to get things there, and they have some gluten free things I've never seen anywhere else.

Good selection of fresh veggies and fruits (mangos are amazing!). Can find most things with good quality. They even have gluten free flour!

Good store for purchasing the groceries we were looking for during our stay in Playa Flamingo. Nice variety for breakfasts at the condo we rented, sandwich supplies for lunches, and cooked a pasta dinner one night. Well-stocked with fresh produce.

5-stars for anyone staying in the Playa Flamingo area. Good selection of fresh produce, Frozen items, condiments, shelf stable items, drinks and bread. If you are a nutrition buff, prices are double what you would pay in the US or Europe, however you will recognize the brand names.

Great selection of mostly everything you could need while on vacation. It is a little more pricey than the mega super closer to Tamarindo but it saves a 15 min drive.

It was good, had good variety and the over the counter meds we needed in a pinch

They had almost everything we needed. Vegetables, milk, canned goods, chips, cereal (HBO!!), pasta and prego!!!!

We visited this store very frequently in the week we were here. They had everything we needed at a very fair price.
