A beautiful oasis just a short drive from the beaches and restaurants of Tamarindo. We had an amazing stay at Casa Cultura. The host, Rafi, was inviting and eager to share great recommendations for local coffee shops, restaurants and activities. The bungalow was clean, modern, and a perfect home away from home for a few days. If you want a jungle experience close to the beach, this place really does provide the best of both worlds. We will be back!

Beautiful spot! Couldn't ask for anything better - a bit of both city and tranquility! Monkeys, cows, parrots, every kind of wildlife at your doorstep! The saltwater pool is glorious! You have your choice of shade or sun with a bbq and pool fridge at your disposal. I was lucky enough to be there for a birthday party with a local musician hired for a very private event. The Casita is perfect - hot shower, kitchenette, porch, beach umbrella! The owners Raf and Maral were attentive to our every need! You can Uber into town about $12 or rent a car from Luke at 4x4roaming car rentals. The owners also offered to pick us up from the airport! I can't say enough at this amazing gem!

We had an awesome several-day stay at Casa Cultura! Great pool, great dog, and great hosts! The ATV ride through the surrounding jungle trails was unforgettable, as were the surrounding jungle sounds. Thank you again for taking us into town for lunch and beach days, and for making our landing in Costa Rica such a memorable one. Pura Vida!

Had an amazing stay here! The casita is a perfect home base with everything you need. Super comfortable. The pool and gardens are gorgeous. There are amazing walking trails around the neighbourhood where you can see monkeys, horses, birds and so much tropical beauty. Several fantastic surf beaches within short driving distance. Close to town but feels faraway! Lovely hosts (and puppy!). Will definitely be back.

it was just right. an easy drive from liberia, and you’re in the jungle straight away but minutes from the beach. the casitas were great, clean and well appointed. it was far enough away from tamarindo that i could go for a run and not eat dust, but close enough to take a taxi to and from the beach for a few bucks if i didn’t want to drive. pool was right and hosts were smart and kind. rafi told me of his plans to make it ever more full of art, which means i’ll need to come back. thanks for hosting us. j + n.

Lovely property with excellent hosts. The bnb is shaping up beautifully. The pool is the best part-large enough to jump in and take a couple of laps.
