Our stay at Casa Las Sandalias in Potrero was incredible. This beachfront property would be hard to beat. The cleaning crew kept the place nice and tidy throughout the week. Tony was a fantastic resource. He was communicative and made us feel so welcome in Costa Rica. He helped make this an unforgettable trip. Many core memories were made ❤

The Mansion Miramar property was amazing, especially the infinity pool and the views of the ocean. Our property management liason (Tony) was a great source of information and was prompt to respond to any questions/needs. Playa Portrero is a 10 min drive and the nearby beach was beautiful.

We had an incredible stay in Costa Rica. We stayed at the Mansion Miramar. This house was everything our group dreamed of. The pool and outdoor area was the highlight for all. The views and that pool WoW. Another great part was our host Tony he was so good. He was so accommodating and all his recommendations were the best. Great job Tony.

Our agent was Rob Break and we cannot recommend him enough! Buying a property site unseen internationally can be very stressful. Rob went above and beyond to help qwell our anxiety and help us with some tough questions.
He is a great human and went out of his way to help us, get us to the right person, push for traction with others.

VILLA CONCHA DEL MAR
From the moment we arrived we knew we booked the right place. The villa is absolutely beautiful! It has all of the amenities you'd want, including a dishwasher, large private pool, amazing outdoor space, BBQ, pool loungers, games, laundry, AC in every room, extra bathroom outside, a safe for your valuables, etc. They even provide a rolling cooler and chairs and towels for the beach. You can walk to several restaurants and not a far walk to the beach either. Our favourite beaches in the area were Playa Prieta (not too busy and lots of shade trees) and Playa Dantita, but this requires a walk over some rocks or a hike through a trail to get to it (well worth the effort). Potrero felt like home.... the locals are very friendly and helpful. You are living with them instead of being stuck on a resort. We will 100% be staying here in the future! A special thank you to Tony, our host who was very responsive and helpful. Mucho gracias mi amigo!

Krain has been managing our property in Surfside, Potrero for over a year now and we are always so pleased with their management. Tony Gonzalez was our concierge with Krain and he was absolutely incredible and made our stay easy and very relaxing. Every recommendation he gave was spot on, food was delicious. The place was spotless and came well equipped to cook there. There was incredible snorkeling at the private beach. The pool was well maintained and property in perfect condition. We saw lots of iguanas around property too! Also the tidal pools down at the beach are packed full of different ocean species and a fun place to explore! Thanks Tony for an incredible stay!!

The place was the absolutely perfect place for our family of all ages 40’s - 3 to relax, explore and vacation. The home is gorgeous and we felt just at home there. The back yard and ocean outside the back yard was our favorite oasis and we enjoyed it morning, day and night. Tony with Krain was the absolute best to work with and we couldn’t have asked for better referrals for activities to do around the area - ziplining, horseback riding, tubing, jungle tour, sunset sail, collecting seashells on the beach, massages at the beach house to local surf lessons. He was the kindest and most generous host. The other staff “pool guy” kept the place beautiful and we will definitely be back for another visit soon! Pura Vida!

My only complaint is that the contact before the trip was minimal and didn’t get final arrival details until we got there. The supplies were minimal for our large group as well but we didn’t have house service everyday. Also upon checkout there wasn’t any instructions or information on what we needed to do before we left. But when we needed anything Tony responded quickly and was easy to reach about our concerns.

We just returned from a wonderful vacation in Potrero at Villa Catalinas. Tony from Krain was TERRIFIC. Anything, anytime he was there to help. Came over, spent time telling us about the area, things to see, restaurants to visit. Had a couple of minor issues in our rental and he had them taken care of in less that 24hrs! Tony is BIG DEAL in my opinion. I appreciated his help as we navigated this new area. Thank you Tony and Krain you have amazing staff if they are all like Tony. 5 STARS
