This is your smoothie spot for the best variety of ingredients, freshness, quality. They have thicker style with good protein options, or lighter fruitier and everything in between. The toasts are really delicious too. Its located in a little lot with other food vendors, super cute smoothie stand. Bring your pura vida, it’s not about speed here, so go chill sip.

Fantastic smoothie bowl and juice bar. Our smoothie bowls were delicious and beautifully prepared. Ingredients and blend of the base made for a perfect combination.

I tried a couple of smoothies, including a protein smoothie. They were fresh, well presented, and delicious. This is in a fun area with some other restaurants, and it was nice to pair this with a meal from another stand. You can eat in the common area and enjoy the atmosphere.

Super delicious and beautifully crafted fruit combinations, perfect for hot beach days. Everything I’ve tried has been so good (Monkey smoothie bowl, Pepe Grillo (shown in pic), Energy smoothie,...).

Tika Fruitika is inside La Aldea food lab. Finding it is surprisingly tricky, despite there being pretty good signs. It's down a dirt road off the main highway 160. Parking is wherever you can along the side of the road. Quads and motos have an easier parking situation than autos.

Around the circumference of the lot are a series of vendors. Tika Fruitika sells fresh fruit bowls. You can order off the menu and customize too. These fruit bowls are fresh, natural and healthy. Best of all, the are cool on a hot day and taste delicious!

I LOVED this place. The smoothies are delicious. They offered vegan options and I had a strawberry vegan protein smoothie . The seating and decor is beautiful and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Prices are good. If you are visiting Samara, you have to make a stop here. You won’t regret it!

Samara was my favorite spot during my CR vacation and Tika Frutika is a must visit while in town. A short walk from the beach, just a few minutes from the main street. Everything is fresh, healthy, and delicious...and Jessica is wonderful. Don't miss this gem.

This place is amazing! Nicely tucked away off the main road. The smoothie bowls are delicious 😋. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Jess is so friendly and genuinely cares about all of her guests. She's the first place you see when you walk into the little market where all of the different vendors are set up. I think she's been there longer than most other vendors, with reason!

Sometimes I feel like her smoothie bowls save lives on the hotter Sámara days. She puts a lot of care into the work that she is doing and it shows in visual and flavor.

I'd give her 10/10 if I could!

Everytime I visit Costa Rica I have to get a smoothie bowl. The fresh fruit in the area can't be beat! It's an incredible spot in a lovely courtyard with other dining and drink options. The smoothies are truly a delight and the employee was so kind.

If you're looking for a refreshing lunch this is the place to go!

So tasty smoothie bowl “spirit” and fresh juice orange-carrot-ginger and very healthy vegan oat-banana-pancakes, a very lovely and friendly owner named Jessica. She made our breakfast with love. It was a pity, that it was our last day in Sámara. Thank you Jessica.

This is my favorite place in samara. Not only is the food amazing (get the pancakes!) but it has the cutest community vibes! You can feel a shift in the atmosphere right as you walk into the space from the dusty road, with adorable little food shops, spaces to hang out, a makeshift stage, a vintage clothing stand, etc.

Jessica is also amazing, and has the type of energy you want to be around! You’d be missing out if you didn’t come check out this place.

This is an awesome little juice, smoothie and fruit bowl place where you can customize your drinks. You can choose the base (water, dairy, almond milk, soy milk or orange juice), choose a protein (vegan or whey) and then choose from a variety of fresh fruit options. They also have a nice selection of other healthy drinks on the menu. I highly recommend this place. Tika Frutika is run by a local, female entrepreneur and is located across from Mariposa's Hostel, in the outdoor food court, which has other food options and good vibes. There's also live music sometimes in the evenings. Definitely a place to check out if you're looking for healthy options in Samara.

The best smoothie I have ever had. The “pina violada” took my breath away!! Seriously amazing. I would stay in the area again just to be able to visit this restaurant daily. Great for allergens as well. Gluten-free and vegan options! Bravo :)
