I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff really went above and beyond as far as service and were always kind and courteous. The rooms are modern with all the basic amenities. My room was on the small side, however, I was comfortable as a solo traveler. The breakfast was really good, especially when I had it first thing in the morning. It was nice that they offered a variety of items on different days and I was really pleased that they had local foods and not just the standard American breakfast. (pro-tip, the arepas are best as soon as they're made (early).)They also served different juice flavors every day that I was there. I am so looking forward to coming back to this place. For the price you just can't beat it, it's a steal for what you get!

Wonderful hotel. Great location a block from the beach. Restaurants, money exchange, souvenir shops a few feet away. Staff really nice, place is clean, bed is comfortable, breakfast is good.

Everything was very clean, our stay was lovely. The staff was very helpful and attentive to all requests. Breakfast was a bit limited but tasty.

Area was convenient to everything, beach supermarket food lunch dinner casino. All available walking. Roof top was amazing views

Great guest service, rooms and beds are comfy, and only a five minute walk to the beach 🏝 (1 block away). It’s on may strip and close to all restaurants.

I loved this hotel. The check in was fast and the welcome drink was DELICIOUS!!!!! 🍹 The entire staff was so friendly and nice. Breakfast was good. The hotel is spotless. The most important thing to me when traveling is safety and this hotel was very safe. The area has everything you could need. Food, stores, casino and a short walk from the beach. I loved the rooftop lounge also…especially after a long day of tours.
The room was small but VERY comfortable!!! The bed and pillows were comfortable. The rooms are clean and housekeeping does a great job when servicing the rooms.

This place was great. The staff is kind & helpful. Two blocks from the beach & a lot of places to eat. Full black out curtains & spacious room. The bed in our room was AMAZING. If anyone at the hotel sees this please tell me the bed type. Seriously loved it!

It's a very nice hotel , it has just what you need! Staff were very friendly, always willing to help! They upgraded our room, which was very appreciated! 👏 Highly recommended.

Small but good rooms, excellent staff hospitality, and a wonderful stay. Management was extremely thoughtful and awarded us a free dinner. Very close to the beach and a 10 minute drive from the city center. I really enjoyed my stay.

This hotel and its amenities are fair and reasonable. The overall cost of a nights stay with a very pleasing breakfast is worth the stay! It's housed perfectly in an area for access to the beach, shopping, and dining. It's also a short ride from the Center, Clock Tower, and all boat excursions. The rooms are a bit small but are extremely well maintained, clean, and safe.

Wonderful hotel stay, friendly staff, located in the heart of the city and walking distance to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants. 2 Money exchange are in the area. Rooftop bar with limited hours, but it has a terrace that is opened 24 hrs. City Sightseeing bus pickup locations are within walking distance. Beautiful place.

Hotel service is great, rooms are small basically smaller than a studio apartment. Pictures were a bit deceiving. But bathroom and room were nice, they need actual rags rather than hand towels. My room was right beside a hang out spot for cats they would meow all day, and they gladly switched my room. Breakfast is amazing in the morning and the bar has great drinks in the evening. It’s great for a short term stay, would need bigger rooms to stay for a longer time. It was nice that some staff spoke English.

It’s okie hotel. The room we booked is small for a one night stay. Good for B the value.

The staffs are nice v and friendly. Not a fan of their breakfast and went to ely cafe instead. I like this place decor and the roof is okie. Their promo pic looks better than irl.

No hot water or more like Luke warm but it’s hot and humid in the city anyway. Not a big deal.

We enjoyed four nights here while visiting Cartagena. The staff was wonderful, welcoming, and helpful! Breakfast was great every morning. Rooms were small but clean. We would definitely stay again next time we visit Cartagena!

Nice hotel with friendly staff. My only fault was the room didn't have a window with a view, there was an AC unit blocking the view.

This hotel is located in Bocagrande. It is a lovely hotel. It is two blocks away from the beach and adjacent to one of the main roads that has plenty of stores and restaurants. The rooftop bar is pleasant both during the day and at night. Additionally there is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel that has delicious drinks and food. It is a great hotel for solo travelers and couples. I enjoyed the stay here and would highly recommend.

Lovely staff, accommodating and friendly. Hotel has a luxury feel with a great central location in Bocagrande. Concierge was very nice and gave us a bigger room with a gorgeous balcony since we came with extra luggage from a connecting trip. Recommended!

The staff was wonderful. Rooms are clean . Nice food and drinks. Breakfast included. You can walk across the street to the beach. Great food is all around you.

The service of the staff is amazing , the rooms are great for pricing. It is everything you want out of a hotel that is not directly on the beach .

Cheaper than the bigger hotels with excellent service. They'll text you to confirm your stay and can arrange covid testing at the hotel. The rooms are a little small for 2 people but if you're traveling alone it's perfect!!
