Hotel Cartagena Plaza

I have stayed here 5 times and it’s been amazing. I booked the Tech Room overlooking the beach. Best view ever. The rooms are clean and spacious. The service is great. The hotel has someone in the lobby to help you book activities. The beach is right there and access to some of the finest restaurants in Bocagrande. I will definitely be booking another stay soon.

All good for this one, staff is very kind, the food (breakfast specially) is delicious! Great experience, the rooms are clean and organized. The location is good since you have Bocagrande beach in front and you are at 10 minutes from the center of the city taking an Uber or Taxi.

I once again have stayed at Cartagena Plaza hotel and again they have exceeded my expectations of what great customer service should be. What can I say that I haven’t said before, the staff is amazing and I feel it should be mentioned that they all go above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. Jeisson and Elkin are great assets to have in this hotel, I cannot thank you enough for making my stay amazing! the food is excellent….good variety, snacks and drinks are available at all times, rooms are always kept clean, beautiful pool to enjoy yourself in. You do need to make reservations for meals and pool, which did not bother at all since we are going through a pandemic and they are truly doing their best to keep everyone safe. I 100% recommend singles and family to stay here, you will not regret it :)

Great experience. The hotel is located right across from the beach. The best of all was the staff. The hotel very clean. They even recommended a lab for the covid test, and we had the results that day. Absolutely everyone was wonderful. I'll mention especially Elkin Madrid in the dining hall. He is a consumate professional - very attentive and remembers preferences unlike anyone!

Es un hotel donde se siente la calidez de su personal. Las habitaciones super confortables, la comida increíble. Es un lugar ideal para pasarla bien y sentirse como en casa. Considero que el trato de todo el personal hace de este u lugar donde regresar. Es la segunda vez que estoy en este hotel y de seguro regresaría.

Excelente Hotel, en la zona de restaurante hay gran variedad de alimentos todos deliciosos, muy bien ubicado frente al mar, el servicio y la atención supera cualquier expectativa. Muy recomendado

El hotel se encuentra muy bien ubicado, justo frente al mar, con fácil acceso de locomoción, el personal es atento y siempre está preocupado a dar respuestas. La habitación es cómoda , el aire acondicionado logra enfriar sin problema, cuenta con frigobar. El desayuno es abundante y bueno. En el último piso hay una piscina y dejan un juego extra de toallas para ir a la piscina o a la playa.

Quiero agradecer y felicitar a todo el personal del hotel, fueron unos días maravillosos contamos con toda la amabilidad el restaurante del hotel delicioso y abundante y variada la comida para todos los gustos, lo super recomiendo y no dudados en volver mil gracias

Vine con mi pareja a vacacionar a Cartagena y nos hospedamos en este mismo hotel, que nos brindo todas las comodidades y sobre todo la excelente atención. Las habitaciones super cómodas, la ubicación del hotel frente a la playa, la buena comida y quiero destacar sobre todo la atención del mozo Daniel Murillo que nos estuvo acompañando toda la semana que estuvimos hospedandonos en el hotel ya que fue muy atento con nosotros e hizo que nos sintiéramos super conformes. Gracias!!
