This location always has low gas prices I personally drove to all the Gas stations in Guelph and compared prices this pump most of the times has low prices sometimes the same as all pumps and I think it’s reasonable keep in mind they are in business to.

Raja, Deepu and Pawan offer the friendliest service! Great to have a gas station so close to home with reasonable prices.

Great location, 24-hour gas, 24-hour MacDonald, modern carwash, convenient store, propane refill, all of these in one quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

It's a gas station...with proper reliable gas. Always wash for the windows if needed, and pumps are clean. Close to home convenience. Only downfall...car wash is always busy, and takes too long

Well I saw the other reviews and see why. Went in for a wash and fuel. A borrowed vehicle from family. Purchased a wash at pump. Went to use the wash and the carwash was broken. Don’t need a wash otherwise because I own car wash passes at Valet in south end. Went for refund. Had to argue with lady working desk. She called owner. He argued that they couldn’t refund if purchased at the pump. He then tried to get me to wait 30 minutes for him to come and try to fix the carwash. Im shocked at this point. I explained it would be theft for them because I have no use for a pass except at this very moment if they didn’t provide refund. I explained I would happily take products from his shelf to reimburse myself. Finally he agreed. Wow it’s magic it took 20 seconds and the system does provide refunds for washes purchased at the pump. Incredible that you receive such a poor customer experience at a brand new shell station. Hello Shell Canada. Wake up you’ve got a bad vendor.

I rolled in at just after midnight on a Thursday. Place it lit up like it's business as usual. Both doors locked and one employee hiding inside doing everything possible to avoid eye contact. Don't be duped into thinking this place is open. They just assured that I'll avoid this gas station at all costs going forward.

Kill the lights and the sign if you're closed. And if you're security window only, I will never be back to spend a penny here. I loathe those windows, particularly in a more remote location like this.

I was trying to pump gas when a salesman approached my car, started promoting some overpriced product the gas station was selling, then sprayed the product on my windows without asking permission. Didn’t take the hint until a window and headlight later. Turns out the product was great at repelling customers

Worst ever experience at shell Canada. Tried to use my shell pass for car wash and they said I would have to buy a car wash as they don’t accept shell car wash card.. woww what the hell. You shut down you freaking store man!

All excited first time visit to the new Shell gas station in neighborhood, But TAP payment method is not working - Why ?

- Are customers forced to go inside store ? or forcing customers to swipe card ? (provoking Identity theft )
- If I go inside and complain to attendant what will he/she do - nothing ! They are just doing their duty.
- BTW Pump speed was very slow like a 30 year old pump, Why ? I do not need to waste my time on this (Used pump 9).

So many questions on business practice, I'm super sorry but I will not visit shady business ...

The workers are very nice, however the owner is a totally sick head. Got their promo where you buy 2 premium washes and get the 3rd free. Went in for the the 3rd time and the car wash stopped the wash at clear coat. If you get premium wash you get clear coat including another 2 steps. The owner himself doesn’t know how the car wash operates, started giving me attitude saying it’s my fault even though I told him to check the wash footage since it was right in front of him. He has a lot of attitude and doesn’t care about who comes there. Was my go to spot for gas and wash but I will not be recommending anyone here.
