My horrible experience turned fantastic because of Juliana in Cosmetics. I had purchased a shampoo that was heavily scented and had caused me a severe allergic reaction. I went in on Monday morning to return it and the cashier (blond older female with glasses) was extremely aggressive and rude telling me I couldn't get a refund and to go contact the company that made it. The product had caused me allergies and I asked if I could have a tissue from the box right beside her and she refused to answer me as if I was a piece of trash; very offensive individual. Her attitude shocked me so much I left in silence and went to cosmetics to ask for a manager. Juliana was very approachable and immediately offered to message her manager for permission after hearing the reason I wanted to return the product. The manager replied promptly and agreed due to the circumstances I had shared. Manager and cosmetics rep truly understand what makes a business thrive, it's the customer experience. Because I was grateful they helped, I continued my walk around the store and paid for products worth 3 x as much as the product the store refunded. Thanks for a great customer service experience and please have a talk with the blond older cashier with glasses.

The staff are always very friendly and super helpful, specially for me as a senior. I am able to find what I need regularly. The store just like other locations always clean and looks fresh . The shelf I g and the categories are easy to access. I am very happy with Shoppers Drug Mart stores.

Wanted to give 5-Stars to the person who works at the Post Office in the Store. Her name tag was partially hidden, i only saw "Fann", so I'm assuming her name is Fannie. She was great! Super friendly and helpful with my shipping! Thanks!

I’ve been shopping at this location for over 5 years and the staff has never failed to be helpful and friendly. Staff members Neil and Jad specifically were both very kind and patient when helping me find the items i needed.

The service here was amazing. When finding troubles looking for the product I needed, I was assisted by very friendly employees who were very knowledgeable of the products and helped me find what I was looking for and even found great alternatives that happened to be on sale. Overall Great experience!

I bought some skin care products here. There was an amazing staff, Krista(or Crystal?), who was helping me get a suitable item for my skin.
To be honest, I don’t usually reviewed any places I visited because it takes more than minutes due to my bad English. However, her nice, and kind service was outstanding so that I had to mention it. She made my day!

From Pharmacy to the Cosmetics, they are outstanding. I always feel like they are looking out for my best interests and they take the time to explain even when I know they are busy. The staff are friendly and knowledgable which make it a very nice experience. I highly recommend this Shoppers.

I don't know what all these people yappin' about, the service and work rate of employees is pure class week in, week out. These people have to stop being D1 haters.

Hi All. Would like to reply to Mandie Leigh. This is a great Shoppers Drug Mart. Too bad people are able to post biased opinions. I work in Pharmacy and I know what Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacist go through. The reality is Doctors fax way too much prescriptions to stores and most of the time they do it late. Then the customer shows up frantic for their medications not knowing it is their doctor that screwed up. The Pharmacist is then left with a frantic situation to solve. Tell your lazy self and Doctors to write a prescription and bring it to the store for proper processing. Mandie is too lazy to do this.

This Shoppers is great! What a fantastic selection of items! Never out of milk at all or butter. I always shop here first for all my household and prescription needs. Staff are always friendly, which is so rare these days. Especially the nice lady Krista.

Best shoppers ever. The staff are all so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Can’t speak highly enough of the pharmacy. They are so educated and patient in explaining any questions may have. The store is always fully stocked with the utmost cleanliness
