Ontario Electronic Vape Store Aylmer

Sunday cobwebs in my brain and my coffee is waiting for me to fill my vape. I opened my brand new bottle of apple peach vape juice. Thank goodness I turned towards the back door and stood over the rug. When I turned over the bottle the contents SPILLED EVERYWHERE!!!! It spilled all over me, my vape and the rug. I didn't even squeeze the bottle before the flood gates opened. The bottle didn't look odd or damaged in any way. Needless to say I was very upset lol
I called the shop and spoke to the lovely woman who was so sweet and understanding. I was told I would receive a call back when the owner was contacted. I was so shocked when my phone rang less than 5 minutes later!!!! I am so happy with their customer service!!!! This is the reason I have only shopped here. Customer service is the most important part of my shopping experience. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SHOP!!!!!! Everyone who works here is fabulous. If they don't have it, they will do their best to obtain it for you. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. That is something you don't see every day!!!

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing is, sometimes it takes a while to get product. This is no fault of the staff members though, they are great.
