I had an issue with my prescription (my virtual appointment was with an NP from Ontario for somehow, and the prescription couldn't be processed).

Pharmacist Cindy noticed my situation assessed me right at the counter.
She prescribed and prepared an eye ointment I needed in less than 30 minutes.

Credits to cashier Quen! I lost my receipt and wanna return a lotion that I am allergic to, he is super helpful and retrieved the record on my optimum card, assisting me to reprint the receipt and refund successfully! Quen is super polite, really listens, and tries his best to sort out any issues customers bring up. This guy really knows his stuff. Quen's got all these great qualities—definitely the kind of guy who deserves a promotion and a raise!

Friendly stuff, easy to get a strep throat test. And you can get an online doctor here for prescriptions if you need.

Of all the pharmacies I have been to, this is by far the best one. The pharmacists and pharmacy assistants are so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I also love how organized the service is! Mojgan is the only reason that I always buy all my cosmetics from Shoppers and this branch, she knows very well about all brands and compare all products with her always smile. She is friendly as well as professional. As I remember, I have gone there to buy one special cosmetic, but I have left the store with a bag full of cosmetics, she is a professional sales lady ☺

A receiver in the back room on Sunday, Wayne(the name on name tag), has excellent Good customer service. I need a product, and the staff is friendly to find what I need for me from inventory. I tried to find the product from other Shoppers Drug Mart stores, but always not available!

I come here often. The cosmetics department is sizeable, it isn't a full beauty boutique but it has decent sized displays of drugstore brands. There is a pharmacy and a Canada post outlet, and the staff at both are wonderful. You can grab groceries and seasonal items here, they have pretty good selection for snacks and coffees. Shoppers carries the Presidents Choice brand now, so you'll see a lot of options from that brand. There is also an atm in store if you need to grab cash.
