This is my favourite Napa in NW Calgary. Staff are knowledgeable. JB is a Liqui Moly demigod whose helped me numerous times finding exactly the right oil for my rare engine European cars.

Amazing location, amazing service, lots of stock and the home of the best delivery driver in the game; Lucas! Service with a smile and a joke!

I have been coming to this NAPA on and off as my car has dictated and have always had a great experience. Recently I came in looking for a few parts and was helped by a gentlemen named Alex. He was extremely helpful and very friendly. He managed to help find one of the parts I was looking for and further was able to point me in the direction of where to locate a part I needed that NAPA unfortunately didn't carry at the time. Additionally he provided a referral for an auto service garage to help with a fix I required (to which they offered me a discount in comparison to other local rates for service).

I was searching for a few very hard to find parts that I ultimately had to order online from a specialty company. However, Shane went above and beyond, exhausting every avenue, wring emails to outside suppliers, phone calls back and forth, you name it. Outside of forging the piece for me, he did everything humanly possible and this wasn’t even an expensive part. The team here genuinely cares. I cannot recommend them enough.

Best customer service ever. I went into the store and looked at the coolant special which was visible from outside the store. A young gentleman with a smile came to greet me and asked if i needed anything. I asked if it was long-life coolant, the gentleman took the time to look up the ingredients and confirmed it was. He even looked up the radiator capacity for my car. He found me a box too. I asked for transmission crush washers, he found a couple of options for me, and let me see them and pick. I asked for OEM paint, he remembered the sister store’s phone number off the top of his head. At the end he even offered to carry out my purchases for me. I regretted i did not asked for his name to thank him properly.

Chris is top of the line, good customer service always a pleasure to deal with.

In and out in under 5 minutes to get a replacement light bulb. The staff member was very helpful, located what I needed and reminded me to check the bulb before opening the package in case an exchange or return was necessary.

I needed some oil for my BMW. An older gentleman recommended a german filter and some oil made in Germany that he showed me the BMW name on the side of it. Nobody else had bothered to ask me what I should use, he said this was the same or better as the dealer. I got tired of high prices so i'm going to get all of my BMW stuff at this store from now on. Very helpful, and the oil was on sale too.

have bought a couple of basic automotive stuff from here the owner/operator is always helpful and never had any problems but only good experience here

Came in after finding out that the local Honda dealer didn't stock the crush washers I needed for a diff. fluid change. They didn't have the part number but checked some of the forums for me. They were able to find the exact size and material crush washers I needed and saved me a lot of effort trying to find them. Thanks a bunch guys!

John was very helpful in understanding the issue with my battery and is always willing to go beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Andrew and his staff are always helpful. We pick up parts there almost every morning. They are friendly and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this location!

great service, patient on phone. you will get no trouble for not wearing a mask. they are courteous and will even explain issues and basically give you free advice.
