I had a fantastic experience at the service department today! Ian and Ryan greeted me warmly and Ian politely explained where to park, which I appreciated. While waiting for my coffee, Adam Hancock gave me a quick rundown of my 4runner and the coffee machine, which was a nice touch. Jade at the service desk was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and explaining my ride options. In parts, Hugh efficiently helped me find the right light bulbs I needed. I decided to book my appointment for tomorrow, and Bambi's vibrant personality and smile really brightened my day as I left. Thank you all for the excellent service! Looking forward to my appointment tomorrow.

Our experience with Damir at Country Hills Toyota was incredible. I would highly recommend buying a used vehicle from Country Hills Toyota and specifically from Damir. He took away all my used car salesmen stereotypes. He was friendly over Facebook messenger, and text and I could hear his smile on the phone as we chatted. When I met him in person he was warm and friendly and we could relate on many levels in regard to our growing families, the need for an affordable van in an inflated used car market amongst the rising costs of food and utilities and mortgage interest rates. He understood. And he delivered, we test drove a Toyota Sienna van in our price range and walked out the same afternoon with a bill of sale and our new van.

I wasn’t sure if I should buy from a dealership because of the gst and hidden fees but Country Hills Toyota offers several peace-of-mind perks including:
1. A minimum $3000-$5000 maintenance check where the flush all the systems and top up fluids. They also put in a new windshield and new all season tires.
2. They offer a lifetime power-terrain warranty which covers 50%- 100% for life.
3. Free oil changes.

I was sold before I saw the van based on the peace of mind that I was offered through these programs.

I will be buying my used Toyota’s from Country Hills Toyota going forward and recommending them to all my friends and family who are looking for a Toyota.

Had an amazing experience! Mike is the sale department was outstanding! Was super helpful and made my decision very easy. He guided me through the whole experience. Sara in the finance department was great and made sure I knew what I was getting. Ahmed in delivery showed me how everything in my new Rav 4 and was very helpful.

Would suggest getting a new vehicle from them!

Thank you Parag & the staff of Country Hills (Pre-owned dept) We purchased a used 4runner and our interaction with their staff was great from beginning to end. There were a few things that did not work upon test drive. Issues that would have costed $500-$1000/each in repairs and Toyota was able to fix these issues upon releasing the vehicle to us. Communication with Parag was excellent. He kept me update with vehicle repairs promptly. Thank you for a great experience.

My husband came here and asked for a cup of coffee. Parag didn’t hesitate to bring us to the coffee machine. We purchased the vehicle right in front of the coffee, lol. Parag is a super friendly , genuine sales guy that was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to come here and see him. ( shown in the picture below). The manager also provided excellent customer service.

I ended up purchasing a new Sienna from this dealership. There were some bumps along the way, but overall, I am happy with them.

I was NOT looking forward to having to buy another vehicle due to a car accident. I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone we came in contact with. Parag had an easy going sales approach which made for a comfortable buying experience. Allan Wong was a great finance manager to deal with. Transparent in the offers and overall great company. Please use these guys to buy a new vehicle!! Cannot say enough good things about my experience!!!

I have been to this dealership for the service of my vehicle many times. But I will ensure and look for Jade as my service advisor. He is the best person who takes responsibility and ensure that all the requirements for the servicing should be done properly. When I let him know I have a coming trip for 3-4 hrs driving, he makes sure that my vehicle was in good shape, showed me and fixed many issues. I am leaving a review for Parag, my salesperson and his colleague Rajpal for their excellent service. I was out of province for work and needed to order a new vehicle for my return on short notice. Parag was not only polite and helpful, he also expedited the process far faster than expected. Reducing an 8 month wait time to 10 days! He got me a ton of features in my truck that I had not expected and was very friendly, and he did most of this from home when he was not obligated to do so. Rajpal made the finance process very easy and when I had issues with my deposit, he honoured my hold on the vehicle over the weekend anyway! Immensely pleased with their hard work while I was away and I will be continuing my service with the great people at Country Hills in the future.

Went here for a service and Dylan was very friendly and even stepped outside in the cold with no jacket to help us get our car. Christopher was very nice plus helped us inquire about finances and such. Allan was also very helpful and had a bit of humour that was quite similar to mines 😂
