Our experience with Dave and Dylan in service this week was top notch. Dave has been our guy since day one, he's open and honest about what's going on and very fair. My husband's work truck had a recall and the part failed before we could bring it in, they got him in fixed the recall on the trans but the clutch pack was back ordered for months, the parts manager was able to track one down in Vancouver for us and it is now on it's way so our rig can get back on the road. Dylan also was outstanding when he came out of the shop to talk with us and explain what was happening after the test drive.

We have been using this dealership for the past 6 months and everything my hubby needs they have been top notch. I wasn't so lucky in the body shop after an accident so I would avoid the body shop but their service department is great.

My purchase at country hills went so well that I want everyone to know that I am a SOLD customer for life!

Kanen and the internet department were the gems of my search for a vehicle and Marlon was the rock to my financing experience. Not only was I surprised by my service, I was gratefully presented with multiple options for insurance from Hitesh in the finance office to save me thousands of dollars in insurance!

Lexi made this dealership experience a pleasure. She did a fantastic job in helping me find a truck that fit my needs to a tee. She was very insightful of the whole experience and explained things very well as we progressed. She made sure that everything that i needed was met and more. She made sure everything was done in a timely manner and did amazing at keeping me in the loop throughout the whole time i was there for service. I wish I could give 10 stars as I absolutely would. I was recommended by a family friend and I will now be recommending everyone I can to this Chrysler. Rashan, Hitesh (totally butchered the spelling). Two gentlemen that went over the vehicle before I left with it and especially Lexi were just amazing. I had gone in not very hopeful (already having a car under my name) but just wanting to help my mom get a vehicle that was safe to drive as we just found out after hers crapped out it was going to be $8000 to get it running again. My mom is unable to have anything under her name (long story) and I already had a vehicle being financed under mine so when I said I had low hope it was almost non existent. I first met with Rashan about a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan we talked with Hitesh and there was hope, the payments would be on the higher side but I was okay with it. I was just happy there was a chance. I then met with Lexi and this woman just blew my mind, she was so friendly and patient. I originally thought she was just helping with the final paperwork but this lady did the unimaginable she was able to not only get us approved but was able to bring down the payments from $220 bi weekly to only $156 bi weekly I was absolutely amazed! She can do it all from start to finish. I highly recommend anyone here but Lexi did the impossible. When I drove the van around the corner to where my mom was waiting I’m not lying when I say the crying didn’t stop for 5-10 minutes. This past year has been really hard for my mom and I just wanted to make her happy and they all made it possible. Thank you Country Hill Chrysler for everything!!

Country Hills Chrysler is an amazing new facility with wonderful staff. Feel bad for myself for not visiting this place earlier and wasting my time shopping around all over Calgary, Airdrie. My sales rep was Gurjeet, an amazing person to deal with. Very humble, have enough knowledge and exactly know what to do. I purchased a new Ram at Country Hills. I purchased the vehicle from Aanish Sharma. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He made it quick and easy. I then got passed to Jordan Sallai the finance Manager. What an amazing man. Again what a pleasure to deal with. He made it happen. He talked me into extended warranty which I have never purchased in my 42 years but it was a Dodge/Ram OEM warranty. Worth every dollar. After that he passed me over to Taryn for the delivery. She was wonderful and again a pleasure to deal with. I had purchased Goodyear Wrangler Duratrac Tires & a Flip Back Tonneau cover from the parts department and spoke with Grant & Jim and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating. This was my first experience and Purchase through Country Hillz but the service was off the charts. 💯. I would highly recommend making your next purchase through Country Hills if you are in the market for a vehicle and you can deal with confidence. Came in for some work due to multiple dash lights on. Dave was my service advisor, and although the bill was far more than I anticipated. Just to add some context, right rear speed sensor replaced($50 part) and some error codes. In the end, the bill was almost $900. That's a hard one to swallow. Dave was professional and fair to deal with.

Buying our new Jeep at Country Hills Chrysler was a great experience, no high pressure sale tactics, just plain old discussion and facts. The group of people I dealt with were professional, knowledgeable and curtious. Shout out to Taryn, George and Randy for making this a fun experience, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I'll be back in the future.

Update: I ended up going to varsity Chrysler to replace my Jeep for a ram 1500 because I needed something bigger for work.
