There have been ups and downs at this location. But lately, I've been satisfied with the service and food quality. Sarabjit knows my order and makes sure she has my order made correctly. I really appreciate her and her team's efforts. She has a beautiful smile every morning. Thank you Countryhills Team!

Ordered inside by the counter, lady was very good at taking order. All questions were asked perfectly. Impressed there were 3 ladies by the counter one took order the other 2 were making the order was served very quickly, order were done quickly. All the Sir, thank you , have a good day till the end was well done.

Went in today to order for my entire family and while usually this is a nightmare and a hassle to go through ordering so much food, Baljeet made it a simple, easy, and efficient process. Everything looked and tasted amazing, all the drinks made exactly as ordered. My greatest thanks to Baljeet for this great experience and will definitely recommend coming in especially if Baljeet is working.

Daughter requested a Boston Cream Dream Donut but missed mentioning the second part. Was given the regular Boston Cream donut. Upon reaching out, the team exchanged the donut and refused to charge anything extra. That's service above and beyond, great job Tim's Hortons.

Best Apple Fritter I have ever had. It was so fresh and had so much apple cinnamon mixture in the center. Mocha Iced Cappuccino had so much whip cream.

Beautiful place for take a little break, the atmosphere is nice and pleasant.

One of the best things I love about Canada is Tim Hortons. Excellent coffee and food. It is very affordable and high quality products.

Amazing, staff helped me to figure out the app. The store is noticeably clean and has specious room to sit and relax while drinking coffee.

Visited 6am on June 17th and had an incredible experience. Ordered french vanilla with shot of espresso and it tasted fresh. Staff was friendly and had patience taking the order. Place was clean and neatly arranged. Didn't take lot of time and service was quick. Once order was prepared, the male staff called to confirm the order was made and given to the right person. Thank you for awesomeness and friendliness.

Very fast service, thought it seemed a bit too rushed. Ive been here 3 times for a breakfast meal before work and I've had to ask for a bag every single time.

It was past midnight and my health was acting up, When I pulled over to drive through I mentioned regarding my health right away I was told just come to the window there were 3 people in staff and everyone was rushing to get me something to eat. Good team work and customer service.

One of the busy locations of NE , girl named ARSH was on drive thru window . Very polite and humble . Management should give her a raise . Thankyou Arsh for outstanding drive thru service .

The girls at the drive thru window always make my day! They have never made a mistake with my order and they are incredibly fast. I love seeing the girls. They always ask about my daughter. A friendly smiling face goes a long way. These guys deserve a raise for their amazing service! Thanks timmies!

Went by later in the night. Ordered a dozen doughnuts, didn't have enough to fill my order... Lady asked if I could wait while she fresh baked them. Absolutely! Fresh baked doughnuts??? You know I'll wait. Threw in a fresh baked cookie for the wait. Happy holidays indeed!
