Best Western Premier Freeport Inn Calgary Airport

I usually pick this spot to stay when I am flying out it's really close to the airport. You can book free shuttles to and from the airport. Just have to let front desk know. The front desk has always been so helpful. And the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Waterslide. Pool. Gym. I would recommend anyone looking for a hotel near the airport to give this place a shot.

Good price, great food at the restaurant, service was excellent and they offered a shuttle service to the airport. Was stuck in Calgary for 3 days because of the weather, they supplied toothbrush and toothpaste and made sure my stay went well. 5 out of 5 for cleanliness and quality of service offered. Will go again if in Calgary.

The service at this hotel is incredible!! My husband, 4 month old son and I stayed here the night before our flight and it was perfectly setup with room service meals available, all day coffee and laundry! I was able to get my family prepared for the next leg of our trip with ease. Yasin was especially helpful and went above and beyond in recommending and setting up rates and shuttle service. Thank you Yasin & team!

Your hotel will definitely be my first choice on future overnights in Calgary. The front staff, the shuttle drivers, and every staff member I spoke to went above and beyond with how friendly and helpful they were. They are all happy and seem to enjoy working together at the hotel. Each one of them significantly added to the atmosphere at the hotel and really made my stay very pleasant. Josh at the front desk stuck out as extra courteous and supportive even amongst the rest of the amazing staff.

I never write reviews but my experience at the Premier Best Western was just that wonderful. It was extra touching and restored my hope in people (and businesses) after a very frustrating evening dealing with an airline (last minute canceled flight without any empathy or support).

This level of customer support (and just plain human kindness & compassion) isn't something you don't encounter every day so thank you so much!

An excellent hotel for NW Calgary and airport.
Rates are vet competitive.
Receptionist Kush was very helpful.

The room is well appointed and the bed very comfortable (King size). The morning hostess, Sharon, in the dining hall is warm and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Near the airport, provides shuttle to hotel-airort anytime. Not so accessible for public transpo.. friendly staff and nice restaurant.

The rooms are very clean, appreciate the free 2 bottles of water in room, it was replenished every time room was cleaned. Our A/C unit was a little loud, but worked well. The bed is super comfortable, one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had at a hotel. No free breakfast, but the one takeout breakfast we did from downstairs was good and hearty. I didn’t really like the hours of the restaurant though, it should really be open all day. I found myself wishing for food in the afternoon, and not being able to grab anything. Therefore my money went elsewhere to places nearby. Our stay overall was very pleasant, minus one night we had some very noisy neighbours and I don’t know what exactly was going on… but it sounded like elephants moving furniture around and it created heavy vibrations on the wall. Thankfully it was only one night out of 6.

Beautiful facility, exceptional room and service. Very pleased to be able to have dinner in the hotel restaurant which was also exceptional.

Check in was fast and easy, room was clean, and the location close to the airport was great.

This hotel is an excellent option for an overnight stay during a flight out of YYC. The front end staff were very accommodating, including the supervisor giving us a quick tour of the YYC terminal shuttle areas.

The room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant served a great Canadian Burger which was served by a very friendly, accommodating waitress. Breakfast was fairly good as well.

We’d recommend this hotel to anyone travelling out of YYC, as it’s a great option.

The Best Western Freeport Inn in Calgary helped turn our nightmare adventure with WestJet into a manageable situation. Because of the helpful and caring staff and their efforts to help us, we will seek out other Best Western hotels first for all our travels.

Another fabulous stay at a Best Western hotel, this time the Premier Freeport near the Calgary International Airport. Our room was immaculately clean and quiet, the hotel has wonderful amenities, but best of all, the staff, including the front desk guest services staff- Michaela and Khush, the shuttle drivers, and Raden, our lounge server, was friendly and personable despite the fact that the hotel was fully booked and they were very busy. Kudos to Best Western for another great hotel!

Personnel super accommodating. As a Coach for Wheelchair athletes very helpful for our athletes. Restaurant Services and food top notch!!

Loved how close this was to Cross Iron and the highway. Very clean. Lovely rooms. Comfy beds.

The room was really nice. The king size bed was comfortable. The front desk people were always so nice and happy to answer any questions. I gave 1 star for location. It's way out there for me. I was using cabs at the time and it was pretty pricey to use a cab from this hotel to downtown. I believe I took an airport shuttle when I left and went to the airport to take a bus. It was cheaper than a cab. Nice, nice hotel, will stay again.

We literally just got home to Ontario from staying at this Hotel. From start to finish it was a great experience. Easy to get to and clean. Now..to the Chef....BEST BURGER my husband ever had , ever! All the food was amazing here and the restaurant staff can't be beat . Would 💯 stay again.

Suresh was an excellent server and Rana the chef delivered an excellent meal of crab cakes, perfectly done broccoli, and the mushroom soup was the best I have ever had. It was an excellent dining experience for my wife and me. Starting with the two charming ladies at the front desk and the two men in maintenance, all the way through our visit everyone has been extremely nice, helpful and attentive

Great experience! Got in late on a flight and called the hotel’s front desk to inquire about shuttling over. They said after hours they offer pre-paid cabs, which was wonderful! After a long day of travel, we didn’t have to wait for a hotel specific shuttle, and instead caught a cab immediately.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Prompt shuttle pickup in the morning.

Great food and service at bar. The bartender was having some kind of day but was still talkative and pleasant in spite of a broken glass into the ice and a water leak when trying to clean out the well. The room was top notch and everyone was I. Tune with my having a good stay.
