Amazing dental office, my daughter went there today and I had to help her with some paperwork. I have been communicating with the office for a few weeks. The front desk team are so friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. I have never had such a positive experience in a dental office. Young front desk staff tonight when I had to return, and they were amazing!!! Thank you for your help and the great service.

I went to this office for my own dental needs. I had the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left the office, I was treated as a person, not a number, my concerns were recognized and addressed. This is the first time in my life that I was comfortable making a dental apointement and attending the appointment without hesitation. Amazing staff,service and treatment. I can't say enough good things about everyone at this place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most welcoming and friendly ladies at the reception. They always have a smile on their faces, which instantly puts me at ease.

But I have to give a special shout-out to my hygienist, Jennifer and my Dentist Dr. McLeod. They go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and relaxed, especially when I have any concerns about dental issues. Their encouragement and positive attitude are truly uplifting, and after talking with her, I always leave feeling hopeful and reassured.

I truly appreciate their genuine care and dedication to her patients. Thank you so much, Jennifer and Dr. McLeod for making my visits to the dentist a pleasant experience. You are the best!

Our family been to Northern Hills Dental for more than 10 years. It's always been great experience coming here. My 3 year old recently had her second dentist appointment there and the hygienist and dentist were very patience and gentle with her and she is already looking forward coming back for her dental check up.

I came in ready to face the day and the hygienist. Neither were what I was expecting. The weather turned nasty on our somewhat winter pre- repaired citizens with a furious blast of winter, few were prepared for, especially behind the wheel. On the other hand I was fully prepared for the same icy reception with my hygienist. I'm really a newbie when it comes to this practice, so they really surprised me when I was seated in my executive chair, fitted with very cool sunglasses, behind the tv with a current news conference being broadcast while the Denturist started my second visit actually cleaning what's left of my pearly whites. Before I knew it the hour was up and so was my session. A great team and masters of dental professionalism and I was already talking about my next session. Triple A treatment and a whole lot of friendly smiles. That's what's waiting for you , newbe or seasoned customer. That's what's waiting for you at North Hills Dental. I dealt with 4 different staff including the dentist. All were super friendly, helpful and professional. I felt like they were more interested in providing excellent service than just trying to make money.

Wonderful experience, from the girls at the front, to the dentist and the dental assistant. What a wonderful experience all around. I haven’t been to the dentist since my dentist retired years ago because I’ve always hated meeting new ones not knowing if I’d like them or not. I had a dental emergency and needed to book in for a visit. The reviews on Northern Hills Dental do not lie. They’re incredible!
Not pushy at all in regards to further treatments, Carrie was super patient with me making up my mind and coordinating with my schedule. Thank you!!

I've had very pleasant experiences at Northern Hills Dental. The staff are very professional and courteous.

The front desk staff that I interacted, Kam and Carrie, were always very helpful, assisting me with my bookings and predeterminations.

My dentist, Dr. Kaitlin MacLeod, provides excellent advice and service. I am very delighted with the care I received through my fillings, crown installation and mouth guard sizing and fitting.

My dental hygienists e.g. Eveline, have been awesome, taking the time to listen to my concerns and liaising with the dentists to provide solutions.

I will highly recommend Northern Hills Dental.

I feel fortunate that I'm able to go to Northern hills dental to maintain healthy teeth. The front staff are kind and supportive and Dr. MCCLOUD is an amazing dentist. (A hard find if you ask me) keep up the solid work guys! I'll see you in a few weeks.

My family always have a great experience with Northern Hills Dental. We recently have our semi-annual clean up last Sunday and Alicia in the Reception was so accommodating, she was able to switch our schedule since my son has to attend a birthday party. And Leslie (Hygienist) was really amazing, she was thorough, and took care of me and my wife pretty well. Glad to have them as our family dental clinic.

Dr. Michael Mah is the best doctor; he removed my wisdom tooth in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very helpful as well. Dr. Mah is very nice and helpful during the procedure. I highly recommend this doctor.

Very warm and friendly clinic. Was seen by Dr Ryan and Mah (wisdom tooth), and they were very kind and friendly.

The dental assistants and receptionists are very kind and always wear a smile. They explain the insurance coverage upfront so no surprises.

When I first signed up to this clinic, I got a welcome card in the mail few weeks after which was actually very sweet.
