I went in for a boot fitting, Pat was the individual who helped me. He was so nice, casual, and informative. Not at any point of my time there did I feel like I was being sold a product, but rather, informed about what I needed, and what would improve my skiing. I told him my budget upfront, and he was honest about my choices.

Ended up going for the high end product, as it was the best feeling on my injured foot. Pat reassured me that although they are tight, and smaller than what I’m used to, they should be gold by 5 uses. If not, come back and he’ll work on making changes to the fit.

After 1 use of the boots, my skiing was significantly better, and I’m having a lot more fun realizing the difference. Would recommend anyone shop here for the best service, and ultimately the best products that work for you.

Not sure what I’ll need next for my gear, but I’ll stop at Mountain Cultures first!

The best retail experience we have ever had! Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to fit our new ski boots and made sure they were the best fit possible. We ended up buying complete ski set ups at a great deal. We have since gone back to buy some other items. We live in BC and we will continue to shop here because they make the buying experience the best ever!

Went in today to get new snowboarding boots. The lady helping me was super nice and patient and brought out pretty much every boot they had in my size for me to try. She also made sure I had the proper apparel before heading to my lessons.
I am using my husband's old board and needed it serviced within three days before starting lessons, and they were able to accommodate me. I appreciated being able to get everything done in one place! Service pricing was very reasonable.
Just a note that the boot selection was quite a bit bigger for skis than snowboards, but it could be due to the timing of my visit (almost March now).

Went in for a new pair of snowboard boots and I was helped by Patrick. He was fantastic, he had a great attitude and was SUPER knowledgeable about the products in the store! I ended up buying socks boots, gloves and Custom molded insoles for my boots. AMAZING customer service.
We've had our gear serviced here too and it has been very good and the turn around time is very quick. The shop makes great use of its space.

I visited mountain Cultures and Liam was super helpful! He helped me understand what ski is the best for me and provide great suggestions. He was very firendly and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back.

Definitely the best ski shop I dealt over the years. Friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they got my bindings installed right away. I also got extremely good deal on the equipment as it’s the end of the season. I highly recommended Mountain Culture.

In the summer, they searched for parts for my SUP pump. I have gone in several times and always felt like their goal was to help me enjoy my sport. it wasn’t just about a sale. Excellent customer service.

I wandered into this shop just to check it out and ended up grabbing a smoking deal on some new skis for my wife and I on Black Friday.

I had an outstanding experience with Jason, Jay, Pat, and the entire team that engaged with me along the way. This shop knows their stuff and are in it for the right reasons. True lovers of the outdoors and the friendliest crew I’ve ever met at a specialty sport shop.

Tons of help and peace of mind working with a group of experts. As much as I had read forums and watched videos talking to pros makes all the differences. I expressed my issues with my current skis and they provided a wealth of knowledge and empathy helping me get fitted with exactly what I need to enjoy the sport I love.

staff were super helpful on the hunt for a paddle board that my whole family could use, from my 6ft2 husband to my 8 year old. he didn't have what I needed in stock but he got it in within the week, and even loaded it in the back of my truck for me when I came to pick it up. great customer service

Two years ago, Mountain Cultures helped get my wife and me back on the slopes after a long hiatus. We were so impressed with the service and attention to detail that, when we needed some new gear, we tracked them to their new location. Again, the service was exceptional.
