I’m kinda blown away by the amount of bad reviews this shoppers location has, I’ve been using this pharmacy for 6 years or so and I’ve never had any bad experience with the pharmacy team or cashiers. Maybe the occasional wait time at the pharmacy but that’s not the end of the world. I have called this pharmacy in past years for ridiculous questions (I struggled with horrible anxiety) and the staff have always been compassionate and patient with me

Harman, the sales associate at beauty boutique in shoppers helped me a lot today. She was super nice, professional, offered to help me and find products. She made me aware of the pc optimum deals and overall made my shopping experience really convenient. Thanks harman.

I have been well taken care of by this pharmacy team for many years now. They administer my vaccines, flu shots, meds & keep me safe from negative interactions on an on-going basis. Even from a distance when I travel, the folks at Shopper's Drug Mart--Broadmoor Centre (in Richmond, BC) have helped me with aplumb. I highly recommend them.

It's a Shoppers; not much different from any other Shoppers. Good for quick shopping, good for vitamins, etc. Milk is often cheaper than at Safeway just around the corner. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Clean and tidy, with COVID restrictions workers wear masks, floor distance space markers, cashier area with plastic walls. Recommend wearing mask when shopping. Clean and tidy store. This branch has pharmacy/videogame/electronics stock section; no post office included.

Find the store is always in order, tidy and shelves well stocked. Pharmacists are always helpful with questions and filling prescriptions in a timely manner.
