Marc was super helpful in recommending the colours that would work well with the flooring/furniture. He also gave me advice on a fantastic headboard that goes with the king size bed that I purchased. Lastly, I want to thank Craig and George, for delivering the furniture, in good condition and provided awesome service.

Ordered our washing machine and dryer from The Brick in Castlegar. Dustin was awesome and helped us order and pay over the phone. He even found us a better machine with a better deal than the ones we were interested in purchasing.

Got our washing machine and dryer with no problems. Received a call saying delivery would be 2 days after expected. All was good. We even received a call the morning of delivery letting us know when to expect them. The 2 delivery guys (Cam and George) were great. Friendly, helpful, good communication and great service. Thanks guys.

Using our LG machine now for the first time. So far so good.

Very helpful staff and great policy on extended warranty. If we don’t need to use the warranty then we get store credit! Just bought the washer and we will see how it works soon

I've always received great service at the Castlegar location from Dustin. He helped me order a new fridge this year. It arrived quickly and the delivery guys were careful when removing my old one. Best place in the area to buy appliances and furniture.
