Clean and organized store with a good selection of products. The prices can be a bit high for clothing, but they do have tag sales which can go from 25%-75% off. Change rooms are available to try on clothes. Money raised goes to local charities. They are currently accepting donations at their side door every day.

They have been amazing throughout the pandemic! Beautiful clean space, friendly staff, and during mandatory closures, they have free books and scrubs in their parking lot.

This is my favorite thrift store in the city. Very clean and organized. It will make you question consumer culture. How do people donate so much stuff which still has plenty of life left on it. They don’t charge taxes and my favorite part is - 100% profit of their sales goes to feeding those in need. I have enjoyed purchasing furniture, shoes, belts, silverware, bags etc gear. I have often found items with tab on. Usually runs on volunteers which are humble and nice. They have toilets and dressing rooms, so you can try clothes before purchasing. Must go here if you care about environment and a good cause.

Yesterday was my first time hearing about this place. I was in Halifax and while at another thrift store someone was telling me about it so I headed right on over. I was not disappointed 😁. They have 3 tag sales every week (starting on Mondays) where they put 3 different colour tags on sale and they run for that full week. Yesterday when I was there it was Pink tags were 25% off, Blue tags were 50% off and Green tags were 75% off. Their prices are already great prices so its an unbelievable sale if you get a reduced tag item. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. And yes the best part is that all their profits go to help charities. Talk about a win win situation. ❤😊. Bye. One of my finds was a Black and Decker veggie steamer that was regular $4.79 (their price) and it was blue tagged so I got it for $2.39. 😀

Never knew about this place till today and it is amazing! Will be supporting this instead of VV. Prices are reasonable AND the profits go to charity. Would much rather support a place like this. They also have changing rooms!

The best second hand store, anywhere. The new facility is clean and bright with something for everyone. Best prices, no tax on almost everything, friendly volunteer staff. The shopping carts even have cup holders!

Great experience, would highly recommend over Value Village. Cleaner store, more reasonable prices and they are a proper non-profit. Some of the shelves seem bare, but since they run off donations, so that's out of their control.

I have donated items a few times to Mission Mart, but usually just a couple of boxes or bags at a time, and they are always glad to receive them. I am pleased that the proceeds stay in NS. The store is very clean and volunteers are wonderful!

So many thrift stores feel grimy and gross but not this one! We have found so many lovely sleepers for our new baby, as well as clothes for ourselves, books, puzzles, and so many other things! Love love love mission mart, and we love knowing that the mpney we spend there is staying in Nova Scotia, and helping people in need.

Good thrift store, well put together and clean to sift through. Also great prices, I just got a lulu zip up hoodie for $10, which would be $30-40 at Value Village used. I'll be going back for sure!
