Atlantica Hotel Halifax

We have stayed at this lovely hotel a few times when we had to go to Halifax for early morning medical appointments, even during their renovations. It seems the experience gets better each time we visit. The service is superb, including booking, check in and out. When I booked I asked that we have a room positioned so we would not have to walk far to and from it. We were more than happy with the lovely room Nick assigned us ~~ less than 12 steps from the elevator!!! Thank you Nick!!!
Upon check in, everyone was cheerful, knowledgeable and very helpful and accommodating, Checkout was also a very pleasant experience. We were served by a lovely representative, Tania, who was very helpful and kind. Thank you Tania

Very impressed with this hotel, all of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tania, Raoul and Nick were all so helpful, everyone was but a special thanks to them! The atmosphere and esthetic is a very nice mix of modern and vintage/ retro style and feels warm and inviting. Very clean rooms. Wonderfully soft beds and rooms are quiet. The fare at the Cannery restaurant is some of the best in the city. At the Atlantica there are a lot of little touches that remind me of international luxury hotels. I had a wonderful stay and will be back, I will be recommending to friends and family.

The location was perfect as it was right beside the hospital were my father was staying. I stayed here a week and overall had an amazing experience. I found a lot of the staff were just so helpful especially Iryna. She was so sweet and remembered me and was always so attentive with whatever I needed. I really appreciate it. How it professional she was and kind. I might even just stay here again because the staff are so friendly and willing to help in any way they can. Even the maids say hello to you when you walk down the hall when they're cleaning the rooms. It's so kind. Would recommend this hotel if you have some one you love staying at the hospital. They have a pretty good hospital rate as well. Never hurts to ask T.Pham

I love staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet and the bed and pillows are heavenly! The staff is wonderful. I had exceptional service from Iryna at the front desk and from restaurant staff, as well. I had a delicious gluten free artisan pizza delivered to my room. Thank you for another relaxing stay!!

Wonderful customer service. Beautiful room. Only complaint was as someone else pointed out the tap in the bathroom sink does not come out far enough from the sink. We were asked if we were there visiting for a particular reason and when we told them we were there for a family member in hospital they immediately gave us a discount on the room and parking. And on the day of check out they graciously allowed us to leave our car in the parking area so we could return to the hospital and not have to pay for parking there. Hotel was very quiet and we were able to get a good night sleep. Very impressed and we would recommend!

I was impressed with the housekeeping staff. I saw one lady that was very passionate and professional about her work. She had these beautiful long blonde hair and red lipstick. I think she was Ukrainian. She made me believe that there are room with perfect cleaning rooms

Great hotel good service I was staying there for a couple nights for a hospital stay. Rooms were super nice and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Also had breakfast at the restaurant. Food was great! I talked with nick Over the phone for a room he was very helpful. Very close to the hospital too which I was very happy about.

The hotel is convenient and the staff were accommodating. It’s located near the hospital and a skating rink and in distance to many amenities, shops and restaurants. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s great for the price. The restaurant food and staff were excellent as well.

I recently attended a Dental Lecture at the Atlantica and I just have to say that the meal that we received was amazing. I attend a lot of catered events and formal dinners in the city and the service and quality of the food made me want to leave this review! Amazing work!!!

I was so glad to be in this amazing hotel. Tania is the best receptionist ever. She welcomed us with warm greetings. She is very helpful and can handle with all requests. She is always cheerful and positive. Rooms are big and clean. Food is tasty. Was a nice experience. Best wishes to all team of this hotel.

We had a great stay at the atlantica, love the location. It would be nice if we had complimentary breakfast or affordable prices. But we still had a pleasant stay, the first room we had was untidy but they switched to a nice clean room right away. Mattheu was great help. We are hoping the hot tub would be working during our next stay but we will be coming back again. The kids loved it.

Since their brand new Renovations, Atlantica is by far one of the nicest hotels in Halifax. The new rooms are spacious, and super modern, and have big flatscreen TVs (probably 75”). Staff are super friendly, and their restaurant (The Cannery) is delicious. I have stayed at Atlantica numerous times over the years, and would still recommend as my #1 option within the city. About a 15 minute walk from Spring Garden Rd, however a 3 minute walk from the hospital if you are over for medical reasons.

The company I work for had our Xmas party here and the food was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised that the staff was extremely knowledgeable about serving individuals with vision impairment. Very rare in Halifax!! Definitely a great experience!!

Tania was extremely helpful when we arrived at the hotel. She was able to get us adjoining rooms next to our granddaughters and provided great information on local attractions.
The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
She is a valuable team member to your staff.

The Atlantica Hotel in Halifax was amazing! Definitely 5 stars all around. The service was amazing from Tania (the receptionist) she was so kind, offered everything she could for myself and my family to Jeff (the bartender) who went out of his way to sit with us while having a drink and learn about who we were, and where we came from. The rooms were clean and there beds were very comfy. It was an awesome stay and we will definitely back the next time we are in Halifax!

Rooms are high quality for the price, lots of parking, staff was friendly and a great location with beautiful views of the city. Only complaints were that the TV in the room didn't work very well (chromecast didn't work, channels listed weren't accurate) and the heater had a very off-putting smell. Otherwise was a great stay

A very cool hotel, high-level service, everyone is very polite, a cool swimming pool and it’s also cool that there is a fitness room, the staff is ready to fulfill any request). Very beautiful girls Irina and Tatyana, special thanks to them, they are professionals in their field)

Guest service/ receptionist Tania was very kind and friendly. Super fast service and nice accommodations. Gave us the best options and locations in town to see. I would recommend staying at this hotel. Very cleaned rooms and nice stuff. You would not regret your stay here.
