Fido (Available in the Rogers store)

Went here a few weeks ago because Alex kindly (not in a spammy way) texted me that there was a promotion on my Fido account. In the end I didn't purchase a new phone or plan but I was helped by two very nice people, I believe they were named Victor and Selina (sorry if I spelled those wrong, you introduced yourselves so I didn't read your name tags).

Unfortunately, the price of phones and phone plans have been going up, and Fido (like most/all other phone plans) doesn't do free upgrades or very good promotions any more, which was really disappointing.

But the employees answered all my questions and were understanding, explained things well, and were just overall very friendly in a way that felt comfortable and not overbearing. They made the experience pleasant.

Worst store ever. Called multiple times but there is literally no one there to answer my call. I don’t understand why do they have phone number up on google if there is no one there to answer.

This is the worst operator I have ever used, I do not advise you to look at Fido at all

They won’t be able to serve you when you have an existing fido plan.
