Walking On A Cloud

I was with my sister back in Oct of this year when she bought a pair of summer shoes and winter boots. It took a number of times trying on the shoes and winter boots until the proper size was found. Quality of the merchandise is excellent. Without a doubt, the store manager did a wonder job in finding the right pair. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for a pair of boots or shoes👍

I am amzed at the knowledge Karen has! A few months ago I came in and Karen spent quite awhile trying to fit my foot to find the perfect boot. I have problem feet and she fitted me perfectly with a gorgeous boot. I brought in my elderly father in yesterday and she spent at least an hour trying to find a shoe that would work for my father. My daughter also came and found a gorgeous boot also. 3 generations love your store with a huge selection of foot wear Thank you Karen!

I saw a pair of shoes I really liked but they didn’t have my size. They bought in 4 pairs, in two different colours and two different sizes to accommodate all the possible options for me. Excellent service in getting exactly what I wanted.

Customer service is excellent at Guelph Woodlawn road store. The manager brought shoes in for me as I am leary of ordering on line. Manager was very accomodating. I felt comfortable and will return to purchase more shoes from this store. I have already ordered a second pair of shoes from this store.

I had a very good experience at this store this week. I was greeted as I entered the store and had a unique shoe problem as I was shopping for my elderly Mother. Karen really knew her stuff and advised me in many ways what I should be shopping for. I would shop there again.. for sure

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Karen was super helpful and found a perfect shoe for my mother to replace her worn out pair that had been discontinued.

Unlike some of the other reviews I read, I didn't receive much help in this store. The woman seemed indifferent and geared me towards women's shoes even though I said I fit into men's better. Little help. This is not the only shoe store that either was not helpful or had very low inventory for folks with wide feet. Frustrating.

Didn't have anything like the shoes I was looking for even though they carried the brands.
