This is the only EB Games location I shop at because the staff are always friendly and professional, the location is convenient, and the products I want to purchase are always in stock. This store is the best to be honest, I've had nothing but great customer service. I was helped by many of the staff during boxing day to select the right system for my family and I to play with over the holidays. Definitely going to shop there more often. 10/10 Almost a full staff of girls, you hardly see that and they are extremely polite, one even draws case art for games that get traded in with no cases.

Switch OLEDs sold out everywhere, wasn't aware you could reserve them and customer rep recommended to do so. I wouldn't have it if I didn't talk to them!

Very nice people to go to when you are looking for certain games but they are not all well versed in the gaming community it isnt terrible as they know a fair bit and not everyone will know everything of one community wouldnt recommend doing any game trades here though as think its a scam to try and give it back only for them to resell at a higher value.

Way better then the mall location, I have spent a ton of money here over the past 12 years, I live right across from the mall location but would rather drive to the north store on Woodlawn!
