Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I visited Sherwin-Williams Paint Store for the first time today. Jane was really friendly and very helpful. The store is brand new and well stocked. Will be happy to recommend to my family, friends and neighbours :)

Brought in a paint chip to get colour matched. The person at the corner says something to the effect of "we are really busy right now, it might take a few days" but its no problem because it was a Friday before a long weekend. I understand. Waited a whole 7 days, no call back. I contacted them again on the the 8th day about the colour match to see what was up. Same response, they are really busy and would get back to me.

So I gave up and went somewhere else, got my paint match done in 20 minutes.

The person at the counter was pleasant to deal with, very positive and polite. But if you want to actually get a colour match you should probably go somewhere else.
