Coombs Country Campground

What a fantastic campground. I have been coming here with my family for the last 3 years and we have always had such an amazing time. There is a reason we keep coming back!
It all begins with the staff. Laura and Mike are both so friendly, super accommodating and welcoming , while the rest of the staff are so amazing at making you feel at home. The amenities are amazing from the lake to the pool and hot tub area. The kids love playing at the playground and so great with the new basketball spot.
Bathrooms and showers are cleaned regularly and the campground is always clean.
Grounds crew are always working at making it a better more comfortable campground and I can't stress how friendly they all are. I would highly recommend booking your next camping vacation there!

My group (23) stayed in sites 90 and 92 this past August long weekend and had a amazing time. We had so much fun that as soon as I got home I was on the website to book for next year. There was a issue but they were on it right away fixing it. The washrooms were spotless every morning. The store was fully loaded with ice and treats for the kids. We managed to play a few games in the arcade but the lake and pool were so inviting it was hard to get out of it. We also lined the fact that they had garbage bins and recycling containers for us so we didn’t have to take them all home. Our last night we were able to order pizza and the delivery guy had no problems finding us. Everything was perfect. Thank you so much to all the staff at Coombs county campground

Stopped here for one night while passing through and if I come back this way I would stay here again. The facilities are very well maintained and clean, the campgrounds were quiet, and the sites were nicely wooded and roomy. We didn’t stay long enough to use them but the pool and playground areas looked good too.

We stayed here when the summer was winding down it was nice and quiet. If we didn't need Wi-Fi we would have stayed over by the little man made lake very peaceful! Staff are super friendly and they really look after the grounds and facilities. We will definitely return again.

We had a great experience here. Lots of things for kids to do (playground, lake, pool, arcade, frozen treats) and nice sites. Lots of room for all our stuff. My daughter lost her favourite stuffy and the staff and other campers went out of their way to look for him. He was found a few days later by a group of campers and they really saved the day. The staff really care about this special place and want everyone to have a good time. Thank you and we will be back!

The office staff are just the best - super welcoming from the getgo making you feel right at home here!

The sites are all kept clean and obviously very well maintained. I could tell how much care is put into them to ensure the best camping experience.

The pool is also so clean! The pool is heated but if that’s not good enough for you, there is also a hot tub! Perfect in any weather.

The lake is well taken care of and swimmers itch doesn’t exist here! It is perfect on a hot day.

Washrooms are cleaned every day and I never get that gross feeling some public washrooms give. The free hot showers are perfect after a long day of fun activities.

I could go on for days! Overall, you can really tell how much the owners and staff care about their campground. It’s a little community here, and there’s no place I’d rather be! I can’t wait to return next year!

Busy area with 2 major highways that are close by. Sites are in a forest setting and have a bit of room btwn each site. Hosts and staff are all friendly and amazing. Pool, park, arcade, store and nearby destinations are all incredible! Highly recommend for kids and entire families. Check out the lake too!

Really beautiful campground. Nice spacious sites, a lovely pool and a great big lake. Plenty of space for the kids to play around. Also very reasonable laundry facilities.

My kids and I booked for 4 days 5 nights.
We had the best time . It felt safe, all the staff was amazing, cheery and lovely. The bathrooms, including the port-a potty was so clean always. The sites were beautiful.
We enjoyed the lake, the park would be great for younger kids, theres a pool a hot tub, and an arcade. So much to do and relaxing.
The staff helped make our time so great I told my friends and family. We will be booking to come back next year. Absolutely loved it. Thank you for making our experience so wonderful.

My husband and I have been going there for years with a group of friends, It has always been a great time! We have seen this campground change ownership a few times, but with the new owner and management (Laura), you can tell they put in a lot of time and effort to keep the grounds well maintained, and have a friendly staff! Thank you Laura for going above and beyond for us!

Awesome camp. Swimming lake, pool, and playground added to our experience with our grandkids. Best camping experience for family. Staff was amazing and the area was clean and safe.

We have been at this campground for 18 months. The management team is very helpful and attentive to the campers needs. The maintenance team is full of dedicated staff keeping the grounds in good repair. There are nice walking trails which meander around the park. The pool, playground, lake area and arcade are well-used by families during the summer months who appear to enjoy these amenities. We would highly recommend if you want a getaway location for your RV and yourself that you give this campground a chance.

We came on our honeymoon just needing a place to stay. Sadly they were completely booked, luckily they did everything they could for us and found us a nice place to set up a tent for the night. Ended up staying for 4 days it was so beautiful. Anyone passing through I'd highly recommend spending a night or 2 and enjoy the pool, hot tub, arcade, park and so many other things! We had a wonderful time at Coombs Country Campground! We were greeted with a a smile and felt very welcomed. We rented a fully serviced lot beside the playground and our friends stayed in a tent on the same lot. The playground was very popular, so many kids having a wonderful time. We took advantage of the little lovely lake as well. At the end of our stay the pool opened which was very exciting for the kiddos. We will definitely be coming back.

Second stay, some noticeable improvements since first visit. Again, not disappointed! Friendly, helpful, attentive staff. Definitely our families “go to” place for our summer camp trips. Amenities are great. See you next year!!

Great campground, very fun playground (even for adults, lol) and very peaceful around September. A little close to the highway so we got some road noise at night but other than that it was wonderful! The showers and laundry revitalized us after a week on the road!

Great park for kids which includes a zipline.
Campground is forested so nice shade.
Free showers, well maintained.
Pool and lake are both lovely and we really appreciate the fenced dog run that is available.
We will definitely be back.

We chose a site with water and electrical and had a great experience. The staff are all super friendly, the lake is fun for adults and the kids, the campground is very close to some cool places to visit should you want to stay for a few days or a week. Loved it!

Such a amazing experience at the campground! Wonderful facilities and such great staff! The sweet blonde lady went above and beyond numerous times for my family, my kids and my parents! Thank you so much! We will be back
