Amazing folks. Techs and the vet were amazing with their care and attention to detail explaining all needed for our dogs. Highly recommended.

We're really happy and grateful for all of the staff at i-Care! We have had to bring our pup to the clinic several times and she always gets the best treatment. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about what they do. We feel confident that our pup is in good hands whenever we come here. I highly recommend i-Care!

I was so impressed with the all the staff and how efficient and organized they were. When your pet is injured, this is just so important to me not to be waiting too long to have them cared for. They provided very prompt and professional care! The professionalism and gentleness they showed to my pet. Also, having the quote before beginning any procedure.

This clinic got our wounded cat in when no clinic in our town would even try to see him, all were booking 3 weeks in advance with no emergency care. They were attentive and thorough. Thank you so much for getting our kitty in on such short notice! We appreciate your quick and loving care.

The staff at I-care are wonderful. Each person I have dealt with has been so sweet.
My dog always gets the best care. Todays visit was no different and Dr. Mortenson was so great at explaining the treatment plan for our boy. I credit I-care with saving our Pomeranian after a very scary Gal-bladder situation which could have ended up fatal if they didn’t recognize the signs and send him for surgery to waves in Victoria. He is here today because of the wonderful Veterinarians we saw. I will always be grateful for them!!

Great care is always given. Questions are thoroughly answered. Time is taken to answer all of my questions and I never feel like anyone there just 'wants me to spend lots of money' like some other vets seem like. Very compassionate

So happy with Nemo's care. iCare got us in for an appointment quickly. Very thorough assessment of her past and current issues. Quickly provided diagnostic testing (blood work, urine, ultrasound) to figure out a plan. Compassionate, loving care for my stressed out cat during a few days of hospitalization. Dr. Mortenson and Dr. Westcott were both extremely helpful during this stressful time. Highly recommend.

My regular vet retired last year and i-Care came highly recommended. I am so thankful for the recommendation as Dr. Mortenson and every staff member I have come into contact with have been super friendly and caring. Recently I was panicking as the kid was coughing, lethargic and not at all himself. Reception was empathetic to my concerns and booked me in as soon as possible. Dr. Noble attended Bacchus and gave him a clean bill of health along with multiple treats. Dr. Noble was truly amazing and went above and beyond answering all of my questions. So much gratitude for the i-Care team!

The team was very knowledgeable and very open when it came to keeping me informed about everything I need to know regarding pre and post op care, and how she was doing directly following her spay. The love and care you show towards your furry patients, even if they're a hurricane of claws that vaguely looks like a Siamese kitten is greatly appreciated.

Went above and beyond. Took care of my boxer overnight post surgery as I could not go pick him up because of the wildfire at Cameron lake. Very caring vet. Not all about the money like most vets are. Highly recommend 👌

This was my first visit but I loved and appreciated all of the care shown to our cat. I was very anxious about bills and every one there was very kind and explained my options and was very courteous and understanding of the situation. I cannot thank every one enough. The absolute attention to the animals welfare and our needs as their parents is what I appreciate; as well as their stock on hand, the information and the reassuring smiles every person had.
