Riverside Resort Qualicum Beach

Riverside Resort Qualicum Beach offers various types of stay. They provide separate cottages, RV parks, Townhomes, Water slides, Mini Golf, Kid's play area and a small convenience store. Overall, it is a value-for-money place with decent stay options. I recommend them.

The owner is great!!!! The little cabins are wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom.
The walk to the ocean is short, and you will see tons of rabbits along the way.
There is everything you need and more at the resort shop.
The rooms are very clean, and the shower is amazing if you like a well pressured shower 🚿
The river is nice to walk along.
It was really nice to hear children playing.
We came in the fall, so the pool, waterside, and mini golf were closed, but do look fun!
Wifi works great.

It's out of season, and they're still open and accommodating.
The staff here are absolutely charmful and will give you directions to all the local activities around Qualicum.
They have a great little store and office with fair, priced laundry & showers if you need them.

I definitely have to return here when the pools are open. However, i still managed to get my butt kicked on the mini-put, which is open, weather permitting, or whether you care. 🤣🤣🤣

This will always be a go to for out family vacations. The owner is THE BEST and is always providing entertainment and community engagement amongst the park. Love the vibes

My family stayed in a stand alone cabin and it was perfect. The cabin was very clean and came with a BBQ, kitchen and fire pit.
There were lots of amenities here, pool with a waterslide, a large playground for the kiddos, a mini golf course and an ice cream parlour. It was really nice that there was a little store on site in case you forgot to pack something.
Big shout out to Simi for your friendly hospitality.

I've had two great instances of customer service here, the first one is that the beach house was already booked when I attempted booking via Vrbo. I was contacted to get a reduced rate for two cabins to make up for it. The second is that I misunderstood the booking and thought we were booked for one night instead of two. Customer service was able to help compromise and refund me for the second night.

Overall, we had a great bachelor party weekend here - - the cabins were clean and well stocked, the pool was well taken care of and the staff was very accommodating. The location is a close drive to beaches and restaurants. Our friend group will likely be booking here in the future.

This place is fantastic.

We arrived early and it wasn't a problem we were met with happy faces and kind staff.
Our site was right beside the mini golf and was relatively quiet. The highway is right there but really quiet at night.

there were some cans in the fire pit but we just picked them up no big deal.

minutes after we cleaned up the friendly maintenance guy came up to clean as we checked in early I told him we grabbed it and he offered to grab any and all garbage we had.

Excellent customer service.

The playground is huge and excellent for toddlers. Our 2-4 and 15 year olds all loved it.

The pool and waterslides were clean and warm. The lifeguard is amazing and she was on everything.

We had the best time at the pool.

The mini golf was super clean and fun.

I loved our stay here and cannot wait to come back.

My only regret is not booking for longer!!!

We popped in for the day to use some of the various facilities (eg. Swimming pool/water slide, mini golf, playground). It was a great day full of fun. Our kids had an absolute blast! We will definitely be going back. Bathrooms and changerooms were very clean and well kept as well.

I was hesitant when we arrived but pleasantly surprised at how updated and clean our room was, how wonderful the staff were and the amenities were perfect for our kids! The hotdog stand was such a perk too! We will absolutely be back next year.

Very friendly staff that make sure all is good with your stay. Free streaming on in suite TVs but the property need to make the Wi-Fi more robust to be able to cope with streaming of multiple tenants. We had buffering at busy times which can be accepted for free Wi-Fi browsing but not for TV service. Pool was excellent and slide well maintained. Rooms were comfy and had all you could need.

OMG the cleaning lady Tammy a gazillion stars!! More stars than the galaxy itself!! She’s so sweet does an AMAZING job the customer service is on point! And we love her flinstone cart she’s so nice so kind funny welcoming all around a perfect human ya’ll are blessed to have her as a team member😭❤ she’s down right a blast!!

It was an amazing experience as I was stuck trying to get to tofino with hwy 4 closed due to a large amount of rainfall.
They were quick to accommodate. And get me into the suit before checking in at 4 pm.
The front desk was very polite and friendly and understanding of my situation.
The room an amazing would highly recommend the king exclusive suit. ( It has a nice kitchenette, with everything needed)

It also has a cute patio with BBQ and a propane firepit if you want to cook and enjoy the evening outside.
* Don't mind my camping gear during out on the patio in the video lol*

Only down side is suit #21 backs onto the pool, if you don't mind hearing music and kids playing in the pool most of the day.. then this is the suit for you.
Don't know if all of there king exclusive suit are pool side.

A lovely lively family location. The owners were attentive despite being extremely busy. A sprawling property with a variety of "stay" choices. ie: motel stye rooms, RV sites with nice fences and services, camp sites, etc.

A great little family get away!

We had a three bedroom “cabin” for $350 for the night. 4 adults, 3 kids. Worked fine. And it’s also “pet friendly”

Mini golf, swimming pool, water slides, close to the beach, and a also had little “backyard” with a BBQ and a separate fire pit ring for roasting marshmallows !

Had a wonderful experience at this amazing resort. I'd never seen a more immaculate and well-kept facility. I even watched the maintenance staff cleaning and polishing the equipment in the children's playground. That is an attention to detail that we've never seen before! Leah and Simmie at the front-desk were super-accommodating and made us feel welcome and appreciated. In fact every staff member was wonderful. Benjamin in the ice-cream parlour was a joy and oh so patient as we tried a dozen of their scrumptious flavors! Our room was immaculate, both beds were extra-comfy with top-quality bedding, a good-sized fridge, stove-top, microwave and lots of flat-wear and dishes, a Keurig machine with our choice of Mcdonalds or Tim Horton's coffee. They've thought of everything! Can't wait to go back for a longer stay next time around!

We just stayed here for two nights, in one of their stand alone cabins. It was a very good exprience. The beds were comfortable, and the cabin itself was immaculate. The shower had water pressure and hot water. A lot of resorts don't do so well in that department. Lots of towels and kitchen space, full fridge, and stove, utensils etc. Will defintely stay there again. Special thanks to Simi who helped with our accomodation, last minute as it was.

The best place! Childhood memories and now recreating memories here with my kids. It's a very busy RV park, with no real quiet time enforced which was tricky as we were tenting. Waterslides, pools, lifeguard, staff, minigolf, park, resort grounds are great!

Just fantastic. Staff go above and beyond . Double queen room , well stocked with cooking utensils, clean renovated . Absolutely nothing bad to say

We came just to use the laundry because we noticed the sign and the only other laundromat in Qualicum Beach was filthy. The young man at the desk was so kind to my little boy and super friendly. We will definitely be coming back to do our laundry again, looks like a great place to stay also!

Cute little cabin, so peaceful. Very neat and tidy. Staff was very helpful and kind, owner super nice as well!
