Food World guys both are very good, nice, very hardworking persons and are cooperative. Out of stock items will be brought back on shelves in proper time. All the Asian Groceries and halal meat and other goat and beef items are always fresh.

Food World is one of the best Asian-Indian store in the vicinity of SW Calgary with fresh and halal meat, lots of options for grocery, vegetables etc. The store owners Syed Ahad and Shakeel are extremely helpful and demonstrate a great customer hospitality. Highly recommend this store for people living in close vicinity of SW Calgary!! Never been disappointed shopping here from past 5 years….

Great spot to buy quality meat, fish and African groceries. The staffs are awesome. The guy goes out of his way to stock his store with merchandise from African store so we in the SW don't have to go all the way to the northeast. Great customer service. I've referred lots of people to this store and they are never disappointted.

Fantastic for middle eastern and indian cuisine and groceries! Fresh meat selections with option for your own preferred cuts! But, they dont have much produce though. But, pantry, freezer and fresh meat selection is fantastic and the man running the place is very friendly and nice! Definitely recommend!

Nice grocery store for Halal meat: indian Pakistani spices. Service is good as well. Location is near downtown and presence of nearby Wallmart makes it more goto places when you want to avoid stores in different directions
