Best shoppers in Calgary so far!

Ask for a guy called *Jihad* (not sure about the spelling). Most welcoming, friendly, super informative, patient and professional assistant, and made me feel ok & more aware about my condition.

I'm a regular customer from now on.

We came in looking for some over the counter medications for my daughter and the nice lady by the front help us find the product we needed. Really appreciated her help. This store is well organized and stock with plenty of options that we needed. Clean and good Shoppers Drug Mart!

Always my go to Shoppers- it is convenient as it is right next to my work! Not only that, the staff are always so friendly and greeting at the door. Whenever I need help Laila or Vince is always there to help! The lady at the Cosmetic stand is also always so friendly and helpful when I'm there. Top experience at this shoppers!!!

I would like to share my experience with Ameer (Pharmacist), he was very knowledgeable, helpful with answering my questions and very friendly with other customers.

I had a really great experience at the beauty department yesterday. The tall, long hair Caucasian lady who helped me was awesome! She helped process a refund for me and gave me a lot of free samples! She is super nice and has great customer service! :) (Waaaay better than some of the ones at Market Mall location!)

honestly I'm still going to give these guys a 5 star rate. I really hadn't had a bad experience. The girl in the makeup section is so sweet. And the staff at the pharmacy are to the point and I think that may be where people think some of the rudness comes from.
As long as your patient with the staff (and throw in some jokes here and there) they loosen up quickly.
I've had horrible experience with pharmacy staff but honestly I have no problems with these guys.

Switch from Shoppers Drug Mart to Penny and Fausta and has recently switched back to my old Shoppers Drug Mart. I would not recommend Penny and Fausta Pharmacy to anybody and I get a particular injection every two weeks so my blue cross cover is 80% and I have a co-pay at the other 20% is covered and twice Penny tried to make me pay and I had to remind her I had a copay and then she couldn't even call me find my proper name she kept calling me somebody else's name I'm so disgusted in this Pharmacy am I Shoppers Drug Mart was good enough to try and switch everything back they didn't even give them all the proper information regarding my copay I also have prescriptions I had given them that they didn't even bother logging into their system to transfer over. Pure incompetence and I'm glad I'm back at Shoppers

Rarely have I had a better shopping experience then at this Shopper's location. Michelle goes the extra mile making sure every client is taken of. It's been a long while since I recieved such a personal touch in something as simple as retail. Can't attest to the pharmacy, but for groceries n such its great! Parking lot is a bit of a mess, out of there control of course. But overall, I've found my new favorite Shopper's! 😊

This has been my pharmacy for the past 4 years and I've always had nothing but good experiences. They're always friendly and helpful. It's nice to be able to grab some groceries at the same time. They have all the basics and then some.

Friendly staff, as they never fail to assist in maximizing my points bonuses, rarely line ups, good selection of fresh food basics, great hours, parking, clean. Impressive variety of cosmetics too, with beauty advisors on hand to help advice as needed. I shop here often, as it is close to my home.

This place is like heaven for me and my friend. Great stock of Nintendo Switch games. Both me and my friend got our neon switch consoles and games here. We just call and check if the game is in stock before the 20x event and they will hold for us. Super nice and friendly staff.

I love this shoppers. I refil all my meds here and do some basic shopping once a month. The pharmacists are very nice and helpful. I wish they weren't pushing self check out so hard but otherwise excellent location.

Had the best experience with Umaima Noor today. Really knows her stuff and so professional. I will definitely go back when I need some beauty ideas and advice. Thanks Umaima

Morgan was really nice. She explained product really well. I would really recommend to ask for her if you are going to this shoppers.

Great location, love the new girl being trained there and the manager. Seems like there's occasionally a 'computer malfunction' where it adds points to another optimum card, so just make sure to keep your receipts.

It's awesome when the manager of the store leads by example and runs to go the extra mile for his customers! Always exmplary service from Vince and his staff!! 5 stars!
