Dutch Toko

My favourite Dutch store for years! They always have what I'm looking for and the staff is so friendly and helpful.

Being in the store brings back plenty of memories from childhood as well and I'm grateful to connect with those things so many years later

Fresh delicious baking, tasty meat options and extensive cookie and candy selection as well. Plus many lovely gift options for the Dutch and Dutch by association :)

Do you know what a yummy Deli smells like? Smoked meat, cheeses, and other goodies. That’s what you’ll enjoy at Dutch Toko! PLUS a wide assortment of dutch groceries and European treats. They even cut your cheese fresh from the Gouda wheel. That’s service 😄

Sometimes they don't have certain things in stock which can be a bit frustrating as I drive out from Kitchener. But overall it's a great store with very friendly staff :)

It’s worth the drive from Cambridge, especially when you get the craving for Metworst, Hagel and that amazing liquidy gouda in a tub. Even better is buying a delicious bun to eat on the drive home. Always happy and friendly staff tops off the trip.

This store is a great stop for European treats. Sweet or savoury they have it. A deli section, rows of cakes, cookies and candies. Soup mixes and clothing items- souvenirs of Holland reminding me of my Oma's house.
I visit here everytime I visit guelph- i miss it since i moved back to Toronto.
I love their great selection mentos flavors.

My most favorite place to go for my Dutch things. They have a lot of great things from soup to nuts.

Great and reasonably priced specialty food and groceries

This little Dutch store is great now the new location is even better lots of parking. My favorite Dutch things are here every thing from salty black licorish to Deli meat. You can even just stop in and order a sandwich for lunch.
Wooden shoe, Blue dishes and lots of orange for you favorite soccer team. Cookie's and baking and chocolate. So many other cooking supplies. And oh ya Cheese oh my you won't be disappointed here.

It's a taste of my childhood! I had Dutch grandparents and used to get Dutch candy all the time. This is a great place to find the sweets my Oma and Opa used to give me, especially around Christmas. It's also a great place to get good cheese.

The staff are always friendly. And they are doing a great job of keeping things sanitized.

Very helpful staff. Great selection of decorative, clothing, household items and grocery products. Deli items are fresh and delicious. If they don't have something specific you're looking for they can usually get it in if you ask. Not as pricy as other Dutch stores I've been to. Limited free parking spaces can be found in the back at their rear entrance.

My family visited and shopped at the Dutch Toko ever since we moved from Nederland to Oakville, ON, Canada back in the early 1950's. When I moved to Guelph in 1973, I was sooo happy to see a Dutch Toko store located here with the same quality, service, courtesy and kindness. It is my "go to" location to bring the tastes and smells of my home and the Netherlands back to me. I strongly recommend you partake of their food and gifts; you will truly enjoy them. And their attention to serve your needs is a reminder of how strong the Dutch-Canadian connection was and always will be. As a real estate BROKER, I always recommend the Dutch Toko to my clients, friends and acquaintances. Some good things never change......and this is a fine example. Why should it?

Dutch Toko is a real gem! I have been coming here since as long as I can remember. To the one downtown first and now on Woolwhich. They are always kind, friendly, and helpful. My grandmother has known them since she immigrated here from the Netherlands. A family owned local business they are just the best! Buy your cheese, cold cuts, Indonesian faves and European treats all in one place.

It was so good to return today as I haven't been in a couple years. The store is clean, staff is professional and friendly and they always have such a good variety of yummy goodies and fun merchandise. I love this store (& the Hamilton one!)

Great selection of Dutch licorice. The deli is really good. The bun they made me with ham/bacon and Gouda cheese was delicious. Friendly staff.

A delightful place to visit, especially if you're in the mood for some Dutch treats like Stroop Waffles, almond fingers or Marzipan. This place also has grocery. Highly recommended place to stop by. Grab some snacks and then go to park across the street.

My go-to for a nostalgia fix: droppies, raisin buns met gouda...and at Christmas its the place to be for chocolate letters. Friendly staff. Clean and bright store. Well-stocked. Smells like grandparent's house. Can't ask for more! 🙂

Why spend all that money on a trip to Holland when you can take a bus to the Dutch Toko? You can drive as well, there are plenty of parking spots. They have the best dutch cheese, cold cuts, fish etc. Do you crave liquorish? Well this is the place to go. There are many other dutch items to purchase, your friends will never know you stayed home.
