I am very disappointed! I went in searching for my perfect wedding dress and found it , Ely sized me up and we agreed on the perfect fit, she sent it off and said it would be in later that week and she would call... weeks passed and no call so we ended up calling her she said it had been in for a long time but hadn't had the chance to call us! first mistake she made then my mom ended up picking it up for us and was charged an extra $70 for fittings witch she never mentioned, also bragging about her people being the only ones she trusted and perfect for dress fittings I tried it on once I got home and it was poorly sewing together the beading looks messed up and its wayyyyy to big still I know have to repay someone to do it properly and am NOT pleased! I was happy to have found my dress and still love it ,Ely was very friendly and funny so it was a nice experience at the beginning witch also makes you trust her only to be dissapointed..
