Fine Auto Zone

I had a very good experience with Fine Auto Zone. The vehicle I bought is in great condition and I received excellent customer service. I take it as a given, that if you are going to buy a used vehicle from anyone, including a private seller, then you should get your own inspection done. If they don't agree, then move on. With Fine Auto Zone, any possible issue that arose was dealt with in a fair, prompt, and efficient manner. What more could I ask? I would definitely do business with Fine Auto Zone again, and would heartily recommend them to others.

I loved the customer service of Zain Islam. He is a very helpful guy. He presented all info in a very transparent manner. They are all great guys. Try their best to help people find the right vehicle. They are great in assistance as well. I highly recommend trying this place once if you require a used car.

I came in last week with my mom to look at a vehicle & was very impressed with the customer service we received. After deciding to purchase the car our salesman Cheema went well above my expectations, the process was seamless & I am very happy with my new car!
I bought a vehicle made in 2012 but it is so clean that it feels brand new.
I thought that there was an issue with the vehicle after purchase (there wasn’t an issue), and when I phoned Autozone to let them know they gave the address of one of the mechanics they work with to have it looked at right away. I could tell they really care about selling quality used vehicles.

We found the car online. It had a detailed description with lots of pictures. We went to see it a couple of days later and Zain let us take it for a test drive. We loved the car and bought it. It was exactly as described in the ad. It was all washed when we picked it up and Zain was so pleasant and easy to deal with. We were very pleased with our vehicle and the service we received! The sales staff provide a great buying experience compared to other used car dealerships. They are laid back, don't pressure, and strive to exceed expectations.

Sales staff were very helpful, particularly Moh, who assisted me with the purchase of a car. I test drove a couple vehicles, none of which were exactly what I was looking for. Moh then promptly found a car that fit my description, they opened on a Sunday so I could view the car, and completed the sale that day. This required the finance person and manager to come in on their day off to expedite this sale. Great experience and a great sales team. I highly recommend Fine Auto Zone to anyone searching for a vehicle.

We had a great experience with fine auto. We bought a Rav4 from Zain and Moh, they gave us a good deal and were always happy to answer any questions. Shortly after buying the car we started facing some problems and the dashboard lit up. Both Zain and Moh helped us thoroughly and kept the communication clear during the time our car was being fixed. Overall these guys were great and I really recommend them.

Bought a minivan at Fine Auto. We noticed a couple of items before purchasing it that were resolved before we picked it up. Qumar also advised us that there was an issue that we would have overlooked, so we could consider that prior to purchase. Our test drive was only about 25 km. After purchase we encountered a transmission issue that was not noticed until an extended drive. When we contacted Qumar, he had us bring it back to resolve, which they did, to our full satisfaction. Definitely recommend.

Bought a 2009 Honda Pilot here. Zero pressure to buy and great customer service! Riya was very friendly to work with and fixed the windshield and rear heater in it as well for me. I appreciated that!
