Genuinely one of the best customer experiences I've had in a while. Emily and the manager James (I believe), were so helpful, accommodating and SO efficient in fixing my phone. 10/10 for their calmness and clear explanations for both of them, 10/10 for the quality of the repair. Highly recommend going here to fix your iPhone if you're in Guelph rather than an Apple store.

The best customer experience I have ever received. Ryder and the rest of the team were amazing. I had some unique issues and time constraints and they were amazing with dealing with the problems. They were amazing when it came to updates and always answered the phone when I call. I am very impressed by everyone at the store. If you ever need any Apple services this is the only place I would recommend in the Guelph area.

Had the most serendipitous experience here! Went in to buy a phone cord and staff member George offered to clean my ear speaker on my iPhone as i told him it hasn’t worked in quite some time. He went over and above and researched through Apple that the phone could have a new Display installed and it was covered under warranty. I left my phone overnight with them and it was ready by noon the next day. Wonderful, friendly staff. I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer!

The services provided at this store is much appreciated. They arranged for the complete replacement of my 12 pro which had a receiver module issue. The technician Alex inclusive of other staffs were supportive.

On December 19, 2023 my iPhone was locked and I was catching a plane in 4 hours to head away for Christmas. Thank goodness for James who was professional, calm and expedited my issue with positive results right then and there. Super impressed with the staff both service and friendly. Incredibly helpful. I am never taking an apple product to an unlicensed service provider ever again. You may think the other way is cheaper but in the end it isn’t.

Great customer service, employees very nice and polite. Drop off and pick-up for phone repairs were seamless and quick.

I just had an excellent experience at Jump+ Guelph - They helped me with some information my phone provider hadn't told me, and helped me out with a new phone. Informative, helpful staff, Highly recommend.

Brought in my airpod pros. My one side had the crackling issue. The team greeted me in a timely manner (within seconds of walking in). I explained my issue. They walked me through the steps and and instead of fixing one airpod, they replaced both so that the issue doesn't come back. They gave me an eta and it came back even faster than that. Overall happy with the services. Wish I could remember the staffs name to shout them out but again they were amazing to deal with.

10 stars!!! Highly recommend!! Amazing customer service!! Just got off the phone with a service representative due to the “dreaded iPhone black screen”. CSR was a rockstar and able to trouble shoot with my daughter and I over the phone, saving us the drive and wait time. Her phone was back up and running within minutes!!

We’ve always brought our computers here for servicing - best in Guelph. Also want to shout out the team for the small donation they made to a local charity that will truly go far for youth in our city. Great service, great products, affordable - AND altruistic. What a fine business. Thanks!

We dealt with Ryder at Jump+ today and he was so amazing! He went above and beyond and then some to help us fix our phone problem-he even spoke with customer support and used his own phone to fix the problem.
In this day and age its hard to get any service at most places let alone good service but Ryder truly showed that he cared and was willing to help us with a very poorly timed mishap. We need more Ryders in the world for sure!

Frankly, I'm grateful to be alive. The fixtures at this location are stunning. What's more is the incomparably diverse selection of gizmos and gadgets. Including a wide array of accessories for each gizmo and each gadget. The air just feels different in this store. I can only compare it to the first breath of crisp fall air after overcoming a sinus infection - and even that cannot encapsulate the euphoria this shop thrusts upon me. Sometimes at night I get scared. This store has well-educated staff at the ready to help you with any questions you may have about gadgets, gizmos, or gadget and gizmo accessories. They are extremely patient and showed me what all the knobs and buttons on each gadget and gizmo can do. No complaints from me. I've never complained a day in my life anyway. This location had just found itself a new repeat customer! My only complaint? The staff need more eye-catching and dazzling uniforms. I kept asking customers about gizmos and they had no clue what the hell they were talking about. No complaints about this expertly-run retail store. I would love to return to this location, but each time I do the 4 walls around me creep a little closer. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING JUMP PLUS GUELPH!

Got an SDD upgrade for my Mac Mini Late 2014. They did a great job and are very efficient. The tech who installed the drive and setup, clearly communicated the work done.

The Administrator Emma is very amenable and thorough with her work and takes good care of customers. I did not have an appointment but she still took care of the work needed on my Mac and for that I am grateful.

Definitely a great place for Apple Upgrades/ repairs.

I would like to congratulate the Jump management as I particularly want to acknowledge the amazing service that I have recently received from Emma (Customer Service) & Adam (Tech Service) both at the Guelph location. They were both exceptional to my customer experience. Emma is great at customer support and has a really good knowledge of the products in the store and gave her honest reviews! Adam really took his time to explain and answer all the questions I had for a laptop service issue that he was working on for me. In the time of a global pandemic where we are all facing a tough phase, it is amazing to witness good service and it deserves a long winded review like this :)

Store Associate George was fantastic in helping me with an order for Apple Air Tags. He kept me updated on the status of the order to make sure we would have them in time for a planned trip. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. The part that impressed me the most was his communication. That is sometimes hard to find these days and George went above and beyond. I strongly recommend you ask for him if you need any help at the Stone Road Mall location.

My iPhone 13 stopped working while my husband and I were out shopping. We happened to be walking past jump+ and popped in to see if they could help. We were quickly greeted by 2 friendly employees.
I explained what happened with my phone and James (I think) a manager in training said he could help. Not only did he very quickly fix my issue, he explained how to fix it future if it ever happens again. This cost us nothing but the service was fast and friendly. We will certainly be back and happy to spend money.
