I'm a regular customer of this store. I don't have any problem with my order. Staff always show their dedication. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻

I just want to highlight something regarding Remembrance Day. When I made a purchase, i saw a poppy donation box on the counter. Just my suggestion, it would be good if all staff were wearing the poppy in honour of veterans on Remembrance Day.

After a long night of bugging the WHOs I go here for coffee and to get hot chocolate for Cindy Lou Who
So she can go-to bed. The coffee is great. staff is nice

Jot went above and beyond. I accidentally ordered in Station Square location which is 30 kms away and she told me that she definitely can make my drink! Thank you!

Very busy Starbucks, as it's in the middle of the mall. If you come here, do be prepared to wait a while, depending on the day- at no fault of the employees, it's just the nature of the store and the location it is in! Drinks and food are consistent with every other Starbucks. ✨

It was weekend and crowded but the girl at the counter was very patient and trying to attend all the customers as soon as she can. The coffee was made well.

Starbucks is a great place if u want great quality coffee and awesome healthy snacks or drinks. Last week I went there with some one and he was ill and I was short on my Starbucks card and the Barista covered the balance so I could purchase the soda water for the person who I was with who was ill I wish I knew your name but we were both very impressed by your kindness in his time of need ...thanks so much too u young lady and Starbucks! Blessings!

Each time I come the staff always greats me with a goid morning asking me how my morning is going... they remember me and remember my order.. outstanding customer service all the staff at this location are amazing. Keep up the great work

I must've got lucky on the day that I went to Starbucks since there are quite a bit of negative reviews for this location. My experience overall was a very positive one. There were about 6 people in front of me when I was waiting but with the 2 cashiers, they were pretty efficient. Both cashiers were extremely friendly, patient, and professional. The cashier was thoughtful enough to even ask if my name is spelt with an 'E' or without, which never ever happens and I almost always have people misspell my name anyways. I did have to wait a bit for my drink, but the order that the drinks came out was the same order of the people in line so couldn't really complain there. The only negative thing I would have to say is that the Java Chip Frap that I ordered was a bit more liquidy than what I am used to. But other than that, overall a great experience.

As usual it is a good place to get hot or cold beverages. This is a busy location. Often there is a line up.

Coffee is good with or without a snack.

I like their lemon loaf and some of the cookies. I didn't know this, but you can request to warm up cookies. Warmed up cookie goes really well with coffeee.

They also have good sandwiches and wraps. The vegetarian quinoa wrap is really good.

Servers are really friendly. Service was good.

This Starbucks is in the Richmond Mall which means they're always busy. But it doesn't slow down their service. They still serve great coffee with great service. I go there on a regular basis.

I've been here 3 times in 3 days and the service has been awesome. The line can be bit but it's a busy place. They make my drink exactly the way I like it. Will be back!

Customer service is exceptional. Long lineup though. But all in all it was a lovely stop. Got a refreshing Pink dragon fruit frappuccino and it was really good.

Lydia is so awesome! I don’t go here that often but she remembers my name all the time I visit! I feel so appreciated!

Lydia is a superstar. The Starbucks at Richmond Centre is always busy and somehow they don't screw up drinks.

I wish there could be a ten star rating for Lydia Perera whenever I go to Starbucks to get my tea or whatever I'm craving she's always friendly and smiling really makes sure I feel like a appriciated customer of Starbucks I think she deserves a raise keep it going
