"I have been regularly visiting Starbucks for about ten years now, and I've seen various branches in Turkey, Greece, and the United States. However, the staff at this branch in Richmond are exceptionally warm and welcoming. They make you feel like you're having coffee with your family at home. Especially the manager, who is incredibly humble. Today, unexpectedly, he offered me a complimentary treat, and I was deeply touched. I want to thank them for maintaining the brand's integrity and for their respectful and polite customer interactions. My heartfelt congratulations to the employees, and I wish them continued success. Thank you for being there; you're truly appreciated."

This location has pretty friendly staff overall.

Love how efficient this Starbucks is. Most Starbucks locations are pretty fast but this one is not as busy or crowded so it's really easy to order and then pick up in 5 minutes. Located in the covered parkade where Canadian Tire is, plenty of parking.

As a regular customer of This location for over a year now, I can confidently say that it continues to exceed my expectations. Whenever I visit, I find myself gravitating towards their Chai Tea Latte in its various forms—hot, cold, and frappe. The flavor of the tea is simply exceptional, and it keeps me coming back for more.

One of the things I appreciate the most about Starbucks is their consistency in delivering delicious drinks. Whether I choose the classic Chai Tea Latte, opt for the iced version on a hot day, or indulge in the creamy and refreshing Frappuccino, I can always rely on the tea to be flavorful and satisfying. The blend of spices and the balance of sweetness create a harmonious taste that keeps me craving more.

Being a regular customer, I have come to rely on Starbucks for my daily fix of Chai Tea Latte, and they have never let me down in terms of both taste and service. The staff is efficient and friendly, ensuring that my drink is prepared just the way I like it. Even during busy periods, I have never had to wait excessively long, and my drink is consistently served on time.

They're always really nice here and remember my order. The one or two times there's been a mistake, they fixed it quickly with no issue.

We're all human, mistakes happen, and this is probably one of the busiest locations around. They do really well with the volume.

It's just nice to get kindness with my coffee in the morning. :)

The people workers keep on asking are you sitting inside the store. when we go to review coffee. Because if not they will not refill and surface you

Beatrix was super nice and friendly she gave me the best customer service, i’ve never had a more pleasant experience.
I can’t say the same for this other girl that gave me my drink when she did she just threw the straw at me, the manager needs to do better

I tried to read the cashier's name and it was something like Sahel (no offense intended if it's incorrect) and she was delightful, while being thorough and professional. She was patient and perfectly paced without feeling rushed. The other was flawless and every other staff member was kind and friendly without exception. This is my new favourite Starbucks. Thank you - keep up the good work.

This location has a great staff team, they’re very friendly, hard working & efficient! Limited seating throughout the afternoon. Great place to sit, drink your coffee & do some work! ❤

Wow first time the cashier has asked me if I want all 5 pumps of vanilla in my venti latte! 5 pumps?!?!? I had no idea! Wow thank you just 2 for me, i REALLY appreciate you telling me! Super friendly, helpful and beautiful girl, dark brown hair in tight ponytail off face, black and white striped shirt with white collar. You're amazing.

Eliza & Robin made my quick stop a fantastic experience. They were out of Oatfudge bar (for my wife) so instead they gifted me a cookie. Totally made our day :)

If your order takes longer than usual it's usually because it's busy.

I use the mobile app for drink pickup anyways, so rarely do I have that issue. My drink never seems blto be super hot despite arriving at only minutes after ordering but thats another issue.

Anna (the one with Yoda on her nametag) is a total sweetheart, such a nice person who was on till. This team as a whole is always super nice. As a previous ‘bux employee (shoutout to my 251**** gang) it’s always nice to connect with the staff here when I see them everyday. Love seeing that the vibe of the place is as welcoming as I remember. Drinks, despite my, granted, many mods, are always great and made well.

This Starbucks is very friendly and cozy. I tend to think smaller Starbucks in general have a nicer ambience, and this one is no exception. The baristas were very polite and helpful.
