Waves Coffee House - London Plaza

I am giving the service 6 starts review.
I purchase coffee for friend,and the handsome waiter seen I have pick-up breakfast with me and order coffee. He knows I bought for someone, and prepare a heart shape cappuccino for me specifically.
My appreciation, he helps me a lot making great impression for my sweetheart

After moved to Richmond, I have tried all the coffee shops nearby. This coffee shop is my new favorite. The manager Nan is always nice and helpful. Their coffee taste is amazing with reasonable price. There are a lot of seats and even some meeting rooms you can book. Good atmosphere for a morning coffee.

the BEST cafe to study at!! I have been going here everyday because of the amazing atmosphere here. The drinks are super good, the baristas are really nice, and the tables are extremely clean. If you're looking for a place to get your work done, this is the perfect place!!

Some of my personal favorites are the matcha latte and the matcha lemonade. Their bakery items are also amazing. Definitely recommend you check this location out!!

Great please to have a cup of coffee and relaxing here, very clean and organized by the owner. Even have a small conference room for you to have a meeting for free.

Great location, plenty of seating, good service, relatively clean washrooms (I have pooped here many times). Never had problems finding parking either (though it is very walkable as well). I enjoy my experience every time. Richmond doesn't have a whole lot of sit-in coffee shops in the central region, so I appreciate Waves being here.

I got an ice coffee here and stayed around an hour to take shelter from the heat.

The coffee is just standard Waves chain coffee, but the inside straight up has a university library vibe. There are a lot of seating, as well as meeting rooms, and a bunch of people on their laptops or books. Somehow, it still seemed almost full with so many people working there, but I’d guess this is your best bet for seating around the area.

Nice little coffee place, they got a super convenient meeting room, you can book it up to 3hrs with party of three ppl. Cool place for meeting client.

waves is such a good place, the drinks taste very good but I can't go there often because of the price... It is the same or even more as starbucks, so really hard to go all the time for me :( but I love their hot chocolate, I think its the best between waves, tim hortons, starbucks and blenz.

I consider waves coffee house on no.3rd in Richmond B.C. One of the best places in British Columbia for a coffee and snack.Workers are very polite and clean.There outside patio is very comfortable and spacious. The washrooms are well monitored; no drugs or other suspicious activity,always clean. I highly recommend this place for families as well.There is also Lots of parking in the London Drugs Plaza.Also not to mention NanNan the manager a very pleasant person. Don’t listen to the odd comment by someone;they are more than likely miserable personalities in the first place.I would be first one to bring my family here including children and grandparents.

Without doubt one of my favourite place. The quality of coffee and selection of other drinks , melancholy music in background, the ambience of the place , facilities for small break out rooms for private business discussions, a private lounge for 1 to one discussion etc is remarkable . Can never miss my regular every day which freshen me up - A double expresso, a waves size cappuccino and a chocolate banana loaf warmed up - Waves you have the “touch of class” - A haven for business executives and students at the same time.

My fav coffee shop in town. Been here for over 10 years. Has seen the shop getting more and more beautiful. Great coffee quality, options for food, spacious room for study, convenient location to all central facilities in richmond. Decorated with plants and books. Free books to read. Great services as well! Love it!

Service was really good, it doesn't have the same echoes as normal coffee shops I've been to recently so you can actually hear people. Also, has a very clean and nice atmosphere

Love this place! My favorite location for sure. The staff are wonderful (I most frequently deal with Kevin and Andy!) friendly people! And of course the coffee is good. This location previously was used as a meeting place for a publicly funded mental health program (for weekly coffee and socializing) that I volunteered with, and it makes me feel good to know that I can support these types of programs by being a wave's customer, and also by bringing awareness by sharing this information. It is always clean and well stocked. Never had a single problem or bad experience - perfect every time! I go here 2-3 times a week at least :) Thanks Waves!

First of all, I want to say that I might be biased with the five stares, but please let me tell you why. I have been visiting this cafe for almost 2 years. Of course, the most important reason is this cafe is close to my apartment. I'm a guy who expert in coffee tasting. That makes me not picky about how the coffee tastes( in my opinion, I enjoy the coffee here). Moreover, the cafe's view isn't bad, due to both location(near the sidewalks) and french windows. I love to grab a book sitting outside with my coffee on a sunny afternoon.
And for these reasons, this cafe got everything that at least I needed, Convenience, Coffee, and Environment. Also, I made some friendships here. So, I decided to rate it as a 5 stare.

I love coming here, the culture and environment inside of waves really makes me feel comfortable and focused on studying, meetings, and discussions. Service is great and friendly, tables are amazing.

I enjoyed my time in Waves. They had loads of places to study and even had study rooms you can book. Lots of places to charge your devices. I always like to leave my house in order to study because there are absolutely no distractions and Waves is able to give you all that! Plus, they have a nice selection of coffee and honestly as long as there is matcha latte with oat milk, I am already sold. The wifi is also relatively strong so that will never be a problem. I am glad to have come here instead of blenz, they have a nicer atmosphere. For sure will become my study spot! Also, a nice secure spot to park my car.
