PETPLS Café and Supply

The cleanest, most well designed cat cafe I've seen! Genius layout, allowing ppl both outside and in the cat shop to admire the cats. The glass wall between the shop and the cats also hosts their little apartment complex with a flap-door entrance, so the cats truly come and go at their leisure. Genius!

All the cats were clean and safe. Some were chill and some were playful. This was definitely a highlight of my trip to Vancouver!

The host was very friendly and cool. I'll definitely be back!

I’ve gone 2 days in a row now with my family of adult children! If you need a wonderful dose of serotonin, this is the place to go! The cats are entertaining and friendly, and the manager is an absolute delight to talk to. He is knowledgeable and open to answering questions about all the different personalities of the cats! :) The milk tea is delish and I look forward to trying some desserts next time! Overall a super clean and well managed establishment who provides great care and dedication to its feline friends! We are hoping to adopt a new family member from here soon! :)

The cats appear to be treated well, and the customers are treated even better! Drinks and food are to die for. I'd love to suggest a live video stream on YouTube or Twitch for this place; I live far from the coast, and I need to know how Bobo is doing! 😻

The music was at a good level. Most of the cats were very friendly and willing to be pet. A few cats voluntarily sat in my lap for a while. Overall most cats are very friendly. A lit of hair though

Lots of cats to play with and drinks are pretty decent but, be careful some of cats will try to go for your drink sneakily. Owner seems very inform and polite.

Such a fun experience! All the cats are so sweet and playful, especially the kittens! We appreciated how knowledgeable the staff was about the cats and the health and safety of the environment.

PETPLS Café is a Meow-nificent Cat Café!

Recently, I visited this newly opened cat café and had a purr-fect experience. The drinks and cakes were incredibly creative and tasty. The café's decor was clean, charming, and created a cozy atmosphere. The cats were friendly, well-cared for, and made the visit even more enjoyable. If you're a cat lover or just want a unique and delightful experience, this cat café is a must-visit. The owners say there will be adoptable cats after June 13! Can’t wait to come back for an another unforgettable time filled with delicious treats and adorable feline companions!

I came here on a weekday afternoon with my bf and we brought his mom to visit the cat cafe. The staff were really friendly and showed care and concern for the cats well-being first and foremost. They limit each 50 min booking to 6 people which I think is the perfect limit for the space and amount of cats. The manager(?) asked us about our visit and told us that half the cats are rescues.

The cats themselves were SUPER cute! The kittens were super friendly and the shorthairs were so cute and funny. Some of the cats were very playful and two even slept on our lap or climbed onto our shoulders. As normal with cats especially with strangers some loved being pet and some did not but enjoyed us playing with them with the toys.

We each got a coffee drink as well and all enjoyed ours! I got a rose latte.

My bf and I have two cats of our own; We were really happy to see the cats in this cafe seeming relaxed and happy in their environment.

Would def return and recommend to others!

I went with my girlfriend to this place and it’s the perfect date spot. Serving drinks and food it was so perfect. The cats are all very friendly especially sesame. The time given is just enough to have enough time with each cat and not feel too rushed or board

Cats are very affectionate and cute! Worth experiencing at least once!

I really love their Pistachio loaf. I haven’t gone inside the cat cafe area but it’s so cozy and comfortable. I would suggest to put some tables inside but the space is limited. Overall, it’s a thumbs up for to-go treats for yourself.

Yay to another cat cafe, this one opened nearby. The place is nicely decorated and clean, with a sweet assortment of desserts~ I'll definitely come back to play with the cats again and try more of their mousse cakes! and oh Hashbrown the orange-ish cat was most outgoing (at least at the time) and seemed to like being petted on his belly a bit ☺.

Super cute, very friendly staff and cats. Haven't tried their coffee, but I will be back for the cats.

Had a great time at the cafe. The cats were friendly and the desserts were yummy too. The admission price is very reasonable for the quality time I got with the cats. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable about the cats.

I love coming here! I went for my second time yesterday and was very happy to see some new additions (kitties). Although it is pretty expensive, I don’t mind paying to play with the cats.. I love them!

The room is very clean, and the cats are clearly well taken care of. I like the fact that we store our personal items in a shelf, but I do feel like they should be locked while you are playing with the cats as you don’t have the ability to watch over your items from the play area.

Overall great experiences both times I’ve gone, will definitely be coming back again!

I booked 2 hours for my son’s birthday. The cake and the drinks were delicious. My son and his friends enjoyed so much!

I really like PETPLS explained and taught me the knowledge about how to take care of cats. I love the details about they introduced about the purpose of their dream and encouraged be kind to the cats. Their shop was specially designed for the best cats' habitat to enjoy their life's.

Went there on their opening day. The cats are very nice and they like to be pet :) Staffs are friendly and helpful. The store also has cute cat/dog themed merchandise and pet supplies. Overall the experience was awesome!
