His friendly and articulate assistance stood out, guiding me seamlessly to the perfect sim card. Juan's warmth and expertise made the experience truly exceptional....Kudos to Juan and the Andus – my top recommendation for anyone seeking outstanding service! Angus made the whole process a breeze with his friendly approach.....Their teamwork and great service have definitely earned Sim Shop a loyal customer in me. Highly recommend checking them out for your sim needs!

Angus was very helpful, set me up with postpaid plan to meet my needs and explained everything clearly, I was done in under 20 minutes. Great service, will recommend to anyone coming through Vancouver international airport.

After picking up my aunt from the airport, we came here to get her a working phone plan, we were in a rush and Julianna was able to help us quickly and efficiently. She spoke Cantonese directly to my aunt so I didn’t have to translate and left a really great impression. Very personable and professional, my aunt had a great first impression of Vancouver.

Amazing service from Gurneet. She got us an insane deal on a sim plan and set everything up for us. Even showed us how to change some settings on our phone that we would have spent ages to try and work out ourselves. Highly recommend getting your sim card organised here. After 20h+ flight, I received amazing services at the Sim Shop. Since I just returned to Canada, my case was very complicated and I lost my old number. Juan helped me call virgin for over an hour and he successfully got my old number back. The people at the store are very friendly and patient. Thanks a lot! And special thanks to Juan!

High five to Paul at SIM shop @ YVR kiosk near International arrivals. I went to Thailand and forgot to bring my SIM card ejector so arrived back in Canada with no ability for iPhone service. Paul fixed things in a jiffy and would not accept payment…thank you for being awesome!
