I used Jonny for my second time selling a property. After the first time selling I had a bit of a sour taste for realtors and almost didn’t want to use one again, but with two small kids I didn’t have the time to list my property myself so I was referred to Jonny through a friend. Well I can certainly say that sour taste is no longer there and Jonny was worth every penny of the commission. The process of selling had to be put on hold for over a year and Jonny stayed in contact with updates the entire time and was ready to go the second we knew it was time to list. He listened to every concern we had, answered even my weirdest questions like “should this chair go here or here?”, and even rolled up his sleeves to help us move out! I cannot recommend him enough.
