Totally awesome French fries...plenty of vinegar and salt...just like the Chip Wagon in hometown Kenora, Ontario...I will definitely make the trip down to Penticton, BC to have these again, and again, and again, and again, and again,...... ok, you get the picture! Lol!

Every employee is beyond helpful and friendly. Always stocked up unlike other outlets I've been to and always the great sales we've all come to love. Thanks guys!

I'm so impressed with this Canadian Tire. Twice recently I've had employees actually approach me to see if I needed help and then to provide that help with expertise and friendliness. I had kind of given up on Canadian Tire because the one in Kamloops (where I moved from) is so poor, but this one is definitely different and thus is my new go-to for many types of items.

Went in for a new garden hose and a propane converter hose. Was made very easy by the staff in the BBQ area and was able to answer all my concerns about it not working with my BBQ. Friendly staff and a great selection of product, good job penticton Canadian Tire! The hose was 30 bucks off too if ya need a new one!

Had a problem with a mig welder I had purchased there. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful, all said and done in and out in less than ten minutes.
Highly recommend for the huge selection and amount of stock, but mostly they know how to treat customers. 💯

Every time I visit this store, the customer service is incredible. Shout out specifically to the team in paint. They always go above and beyond for service.

Lots of different items very much a One-Stop shop and often quite good deals on tools one of my more common places to shop if I'm in search of something in particular tools

I thought I would share this little tidbit. I downloaded the CT app to find aisle location and inventory. I shop at CT alot due to their Triangle MasterCard so I accumulate a lot of points. If
I need an item I usually get it "free" from all the CT money I have.
Today I had to grab something with 5 mins left. I used the app to locate the aisle when I noticed the "Find Product" button so I clicked it and the sale tag under the item started to flash so I found it immediately and got out of the store right on time.

Always super quick getting online pick up orders ready. Thanks guys you rock

I just needed help to find and replace my car fob battery and the gentleman in the automotive department of the Penticton Canadian Tire went way above what he needed to to find and replace my battery. The best!!

Need Halloween decor? I found the perfect dog for Halloween. It doesn't shed, won't grow much and doesn't appear to eat much. lol Christmas is coming and Canadian Tire has Christmas decorations and toys out already. I picked up a few early gifts today. I even found an original slinky. I only hope the adults will ket the kids play with it.
While there I sourced out plumbing and RV supplies.

Got a set of 4 winter tires for my Honda Civic! Great deal $400 for a set of 4. Will be back next year when I need to get new summers to!

The guys here made me feel safe and seemed very trustworthy! Stopped in because my car was making some sounds that made me nervous. They checked everything over and made sure my girls and I were safe to continue our drive home. Very knowledgeable and one of them even put off his lunch for a bit so they could check things out right away since we were passing through on a road trip. Very much appreciated the care they put into making sure we were safe to get home!

Our experience met and exceeded our expectations.

I needed a particular seasonal item, but it wasn't visible on the aisle display. Thankfully, the area manager (Vanda?) was nearby and searched for warehouse stock. A few short minutes later, a staff member arrived & hand-delivered the requested garden tool! 👍👍👍

Oliver, the team member who helped us find what we needed, was very pleasant to deal with, and helped find the right things for what we were looking fir.
Lots of product on the shelves. Very clean store. Team member at check out was also very pleasant.

Friendly, fast customer service. They have really upped their game over the last few years and are working hard to be better. The prices are competitive and when they have an item on sale it's usually a really good price, and they have a ton of things for the home and garden. Love it.
