I recently did a trade-in for my Jeep Cherokee towards a Jeep Gladiator.
Greg Sieg was the sales person who helped me for the second time (previously to buy the Cherokee) and he did a great job. The team, Rick and JR did all they could to make it possible for me to get into the new car.
I highly recommend the professionalism of the Parkers dealership.

Would recommend sales rep Shane, and Parker’s dodge, to anyone! They were amazing from start to finish. Shane was very friendly and upfront/honest about a lot which we appreciated. Service was so fast as well; he called us as an online lead Saturday afternoon and was able to get us in a new 2023 RAM by the end of the night. Insurance and finance team were super fast and friendly as well, and not pushy about anything which was great.

My husband and I were on the road from Victoria, BC to Ontario when we had trouble with our DEF system on our truck. We pulled into Parker’s on a Saturday afternoon around 2:00pm and Randy in service was excellent getting our truck in ASAP and within a couple hours they fixed the problem and we were back on the road. We would highly recommend Parker’s!! The staff is very friendly and a bonus, they are dog friendly as well. We could bring our puppy inside to get out of the rain.

We purchased 2 vehicles through Parkers, and each time we were treated like family. Meaghan, Amanda and the other wonderful people that make up the sales team have made the stressful task of buying vehicles FUN AGAIN!!

The service team is just as great. Kelvin, Myron and Caleb have helped us so much when one of our vehicles broke down. Our daughter was driving her car when the battery died and without skipping a beat, she was picked up and her car was towed to get serviced.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (see below for updates):

My wife and I were originally looking for a late model truck, any make. We searched the Big Three lots in town, and discovered that it was not a big stretch for us to move into a new truck, thanks to the patient and very knowledgeable assistance of Parker's sales rep, Shane Jackson. Shane really knows vehicles and the ins and outs of buying/financing one. He showed us a wonderful 2020 RAM 1500 truck and carefully explained the features and options.

Shane was competing against a similarly optioned new Ford F150 offered by the competition. He helped us (again, with patience) compare the two, and we became convinced the RAM was the best choice and deal. After a test drive, sold! Shane is certainly the best car sales rep I've ever encountered. The Parker's team really impressed us, and I look forward to an ongoing service relationship.

Our new RAM 1500 Classic with the 5.7L Hemi is fantastic. Lots of giddy-up, very smooth ride, convenient options, and sexy style.

UPDATE, Nov.14/2020: I now have over 3000 KMS on the truck, and I am loving it. The ride is excellent and quiet. Tons of power. Great gas mileage. But with the first snowfall, I decided to put new wheels and winter tires on it. I shopped all over, locally and online. I wanted an aggressive tread, studs, and alloy wheels.

Nick, in Parker's parts department, suggested Fuel wheels and General Grabber ATx tires. Beautiful combination. I got competitive quotes from other vendors and Parkers came in slightly higher but superior delivery. I figured it was best to keep the truck enhancements as much in the Parker's family as possible. That way, I minimize service providers. Kelvin in Service booked me in for install a few days out. The wheel supplier screwed up delivery, so the installation was delayed a few days. The guys at Parker's bust their butts to make it happen, and the winter treads were still installed in good time.

UPDATE, January 2021: Everything written previously still applies, except for a problem that cropped up a few weeks after the delivery. The truck is supposed to have a compass gauge. The window sticker specifies that it is included in an option package which was listed as a $1495.00 add-on. I used that window sticker to compare against a new Ford truck that I had already put a deposit on. The window sticker is the only documentation available to a customer prior to the sale. I used it to change my buying decision from the Ford to the RAM. The Ford had a compass.

But after delivery, no compass reading appeared on the instrument cluster, as documented in the owner's manual. After two service trips, much head-scratching by service techs, many weeks, and an escalation to Parker's GM, I was informed the truck does not have a compass, nor can it be installed retroactively. I escalated the issue to FCA, and they told me I'm out of luck. This was disappointing, but Parker's GM was very empathetic, and I remain a loyal customer.

Update June 2021: Decided it's time to get a new car. I wanted a vintage-nostalgic muscle car. Again, Shane Jackson provided excellent sales assistance, and put me on to a gorgeous all-wheel-drive Challenger GT. The dealership had ordered this car and offered it to me. It had not yet been built. So, it took a bit of a wait, as the factory was plagued with chip shortages and shutdowns. But it arrived in May. This is a gorgeous, sophisticated car. Park this car next to a 1970 Challenger and the resemblance is amazing. Again, I'm very happy with the courteous service provided by Parkers.

Update: Nov. 2022 - The RAM suffered serious hail damage. Parker's scheduled and completed repairs. Although the job took longer than anticipated (staffing shortage) they returned my truck in flawless, clean condition. They also provided a very nice loaner truck. Excellent service keeps me on the Parker's team.

Update: April 2023 - Got an oil and tire change. Again, excellent service from Parker's. Myron, my service advisor, is a joy to do business with. He deserves a raise ;)

Picked up a 19 ram last week[Jan 30 2020]. Salesman Jim Teskey went all out to help me . As always when I get a new truck service is top notch. Mike ( the loan doctor) great guy, went above and beyond what I expected. Went back to Parkers today [ Feb 10 2020] and seen Jim Teskey again. We picked up my wife a new set of wheels. 2019 Nissan Sentra. Again TOP NOTCH. Mike { the loan doctor thumbs up} top gear again. Big shout out to Rick Olmstead THANKS
