Great customer service today. Bought some liquid plumber that seemed like it had expired or wasn't good. Called them. They swapped for another one right away and they were very friendly.
My sink is unclogged.

I love going into smart shopper because they ALWAYS have what I am looking for. Leigh and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. I never leave the store unhappy. It's a shame that all the criminals go in there to steal because it ruins it for the rest of us who love going there and I'd be super upset if they shut the store down. Keep up the great work guys and thank you for being my one stop shop for funko pops.

Went into this store for the first time on Saturday (3 Oct) as I was visiting from Kelowna. Good store layout and Funko Pop selection. Loved the sale which they were having for Funko Pops; it made them very affordable for me. I was very impressed by the customer service provided by the staff member; he was very passionate and went above and beyond in his work (I didn't get his name but he was wearing a beanie). Highly recommended; I would definitely come by this store if I ever visit Penticton again!

Surprising, but in that good way. I remembered that they carried a great line of jigsaw puzzles and mail ordered one down to us on the Coast for my husband's birthday. Happened quickly, he was really happy. Will visit again in person when that is possible.

It's good and all but I once got the wrong thing since she heard me wrong and when I got refund she yelled at me for her mistake but other then that great

Great place. Just a tad cluttered but I imagine it's hard to find places to put stuff when you have EVERYTHING. Overall, great staff, I like this place.
