Great little store.
Competitive energy drink prices.
Bitcoin ATM.
Some unusual foods and beverages, like a variety of energy drinks I have never seen before.
I purchased a NOS from here and the owner was friendly and professional at the till.
Parking is super easy.
There are a few benches to sit and eat.

Sherlock has always been courteous and helpful whenever I have come in to make a purchase. Admittedly, he can be sensitive to encroachment on his parking area but with good reason. On more than one occasion I have witnessed vehicles proceeding through his parking lot at full speed to avoid traffic backed up behind a vehicle doing a left turn at the top of Haven Hill Rd. He also has a ongoing issue of illegal parking by visitors to the Haven Hill Retirement facility.

Rocky always greets me kindly & makes a special effort to stock the juice my partner likes. He’s a hard worker & always open when you need him. Happy to have him as a neighbour. Thanks Rocky!

Stop here all the time, nothing but friendly to me, years ago i slammed my finger in my car door in the parking lot, owner and his wife were very kind, bandaged me up etc. all this non sense about his parking lot. Its HIS parking lot, and there is signs up all over the place. Parking in his lot has obviously been a problem.

A great local convenience store. Sherlock is very friendly. Great location for quick stops to get essentials.

To the owner of the business: there is a common theme in your online reviews. Perhaps time to make necessary adjustments.

I am staying at a place nearby, so location of this store is great. However, the first time we went in to grab some milk, I felt strangely unwelcome. My wife and young child were with me so I just hurriedly bought the milk and left. The next day, when returning to the place I was staying, there was someone parked in my spot so I had to pull over into Rocky’s lot to contact my host. I stepped out of my car to make a call and the owner/operator of the shop yelled at me and said I can’t park here. I said that “I know, give me 1 minute” and I motioned that I was making a call. He seemed to be okay with that and went back into his store. I returned to my vehicle after sorting things out with my host, and prepared to exit back into the road, but there was suddenly a wave of traffic so I waited for the traffic to pass. Maybe 20 seconds passed and the owner came back out and asked me why I was loitering. I told him I was waiting for traffic so I could make the turn back out to one of the nearby hidden driveways of the place I was staying at. He was still irritated and waved me off. I don’t understand why he is so aggressive and confrontational over his property. There’s likely a reason and I understand he has the right to if he is the owner. I just don’t think he’s doing it in a great way. I regret making a purchase from him the other day.

Horrible place to shop. Pulled over on a parking lot to buy smokes - was looking for a wallet when the owner came out yelling at me that I can’t park there (absolutely empty parking lot) if I’m not buying anything. He was extremely rude.

Really REALLY bad business, half of the stuff in the store is expired (if heaven forbid you try to buy something, check the dates) and the owners are extremely rude - every week I see people getting towed, second time I was there I stayed in the car to make a phone call before heading in and they started harassing me to leave or buy something - well I definitely wasn’t gonna buy something after that, and I ain’t buying anything from there again. Really unfortunate, was willing to overlook the expired product problem until it became clear it’s not just a stock issue, it’s an entirety-of-the-store problem

tried to buy a slushie. sign said 3.50. when i go to pay the proprieter says its 3.99. i said sign says 3.50. he says the price has gone up but i just havnt changed the price. i said i dont care im only paying 3.50. as i left i recalled he tried the exact same thing the last time i went there about 10 years ago! Shame! i will never go there again!

So I went to buy chips at the store. There was barely a good selection, I then saw some on sale for $1.99 I bought a bag. To my surprise the chips were expired weeks ago. I returned them citing they were expired. He answered "Those are for the poor people. All those chips on sale are expired, but they are still good. Those are there so the bums can buy chips, too." I was disgusted and angry that this store saves their expired food to sell at a discount to the poor people. There were other customers in the store that heard him. Never will I return to this horrible store SHAME ON YOU ROCKY STORE!!!!

Don't buy any prepaid card from this guy. He adds his own little extra fee on top . And he super rude

went in there to buy cigarettes ,
told me he has best pricing ,
then proceeded to charge me a dollar more that he said .

went in twice ,
first time he didnt have my brand & was rude about it .
went in second time ,
asked for different brand ,
he tells me ' I told you earlier ...." quite rudely .
end up bying another brand altogether and experienced the extra dollar gouge .

I will now drive all across town to avoid shopping in his store .

stay away unless you like being treated as an inconvenience instead of a customer .

If I could put no stars I will . We just park the car 5 min on the parking and the owner was disrespectful and really aggressive with a young man seatting at the front.
Please be respectful and kind for the next people they will stop here is not necessary to be aggressive and racist! We re all from the same world....
