Great Canadian Oil Change and Car Wash

The oil change experience was fantastic. The staff knew all the specifications for my vehicle. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I was updated on the progress throughout the process. The “FREE” car wash was appreciated this time of year as was the window washer top up. Great work!!!

This site management and team has offered some of the best customer service I have received in my life. I feel 100% safe and trust with the staff and information they provide. I will go nowhere else. If you want an honest information and quick quality service, I strongly suggest you visit this Great Canadian Oil Change as it is certainly GREAT.

If you don’t have a husband this place is absolutely incredible. I am a single mom and cars are not my areas of expertise. This team has provided excellent customer service and given me trustworthy advice in many situations that would have otherwise caused me great stress (like today when my check engine light came on during the drive to daycare). Was having a rough Sunday trying to do my own oil change and was not able to remove a seized filter. Elijah, Zach and 1 other worker were great and friendly in helping me out, lowered my stress level 100x. Thanks again for getting me out of a bind.

Great service and staff. Would definitely recommend. Curtis Chapman was more than helpful as I had a few questions regarding type and specifications of what oil to use. Very knowledgeable!
Also the person in the pit made sure to let me know that everything was looking good on the underside of my vehicle. Gotta like that.

This is the only place I go for an oil change. The team is amazing, they're always helpful, informative, and friendly while still being super efficient. Can't say enough about how highly I recommend them!

Was passing through Penticton and needed and oil change on my 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 3.0l Duramax Diesel and stopped here on a whim… I have to say I have never had such a great experience getting a simple oil change!

The crew was super attentive, asked us if we wanted a water while we waited, I noted that they were observant with other people waiting directing others who arrived first but were stuck behind a longer job to the first doors that opened rather than having to wait longer… Very considerate!

To top it off my drain plug was over-torqued by the last place that did the job and was rounded off. They informed me, extracted the old plug and put in a new one for me all at no extra charge! They also noticed how dirty my truck was having just come through terrible roads in the pass and proceeded to give me a code for a free car wash!

Amazing! I wish all businesses were so conscientious… If I could give them 10 stars I would…

This place is amazing! The guys that work here are all super super nice. They also checked all my fluids (and topped them up too!!) and my tire pressure free of charge. I can say enough about this place! I was so impressed! I will never go anywhere else if I can help it!

Earlier this year I went to get my car serviced in Penticton. I was only visiting the town when my check oil light came on. Historically, I always go to Great Canadian Oil Change, however, this was my first time at this location. It was a very busy time of day to stop in and get an oil change, and there was a big line up. A staff member came up to my window to thank me for waiting and assured me they would get me in as soon as they could. He even followed up with me about 15 minutes later to make sure I was still okay with waiting. Such fantastic customer service already, and I wasn't even in the door yet.

Once I was in, the team serviced my car fast and efficiently! I had a few added issues that they presented to me and thoroughly went over my options and prices. I really appreciated the time the mechanic took to walk me through it all. After my service was completed the kind man who was servicing my vehicle surprised me with a complimentary cash wash and that was just the cherry on top! He was wonderful!! Overall, great team, wonderful customer service, and if I lived in Penticton I would go there exclusively for all my oil changes! Highly recommend, I'd leave 10 stars if google would let me!

My Bronco Raptor came out as clean as one could hope from a touchless wash. Despite the width of the vehicle, there were no messy surprises. (The Works - $18)

I had an amazing experience when going to Great Canadian Oil Change in Penticton on November 14th. Curtis (shop manager?) was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and attentive. As well, his team were quick, efficient and professional. I will certainly be back and recommend others to do the same!
