Nations Fresh Foods

Great shopping experience experience with lots of ethnic foods, fresh vegetables, seafood counter, bakery, and take-home prepared foods. Meats are not always grade A, but priced accordingly. We shop here weekly, including many of the flyer promotion items. Prices are competitive to other ethnic store, however we still frequent most of them for the best deals.
The store is clean and most staff are friendly even with some language barriers.

The Deli department could be nicer and sometimes smile and say hi.

One of the best stores I've ever been to. A huge variety of foods for all cultures. They have everything from meat, vegetables, spices, canned good, fruits, snacks, dairy from all over the world. The prices are reasonable and the sales and promotions are great. Lots of seafood. The staff and cashier's are wonderful. Best experience ever. You can also buy products in bulk. A must to go and be amazed. Highly recommend.

Always love a stop at Nations! It's a great market with tons of variety from around the world. Love the variety of drinks they carry 👍🏽 Huge selection of fruits and vegetables- prices aren't too bad considering where items are coming from. We went around 7pm-ish and it was pretty busy but, check out was quick and easy. Definitely a go to spot if you're in downtown Hamilton.

You can find pretty much everything here.
Before covid, they had some of the best food around. Haven't got any food from them lately but other than that's its a good supermarket. Getting a bit pricy, though

Surprising selection of vegetables, groceries and many more for a very reasonable price

Very good selection of international and especially Asian foods. Vast produce department with so much variety that you'll want to try something new in fruit and veg every visit! Large fresh meat section features many different cuts of meats and varieties of poultry you may never have seen before. If a sauce exists, they carry it! This is definitely a destination beyond your regular grocery shop. Nice bakery section too. But wait...there's more....yes, go there hungry. There's a BBQ counter, dim sum counter, hot food buffet and tons of ready to eat foods...so many to choose from! Now, if only Nations would open a store near Kingston Ontario, the Eastern part of the province would be complete!

A unique shopping experience in an endeavour for the curious... This really large grocery store displays many items most people will never see on their plate or in their lunchbag. I don't want to call it an Asian superstore but that is exactly what it feels like. They do have other national food items but not in the car quantities and selection of oriental goods. Great produce section. I bought 10 huge Jamaican avocados at only 1.99 each. Monster green onion... Meat, fish, chocolate, cookies,... Many many many types of noodles. Lines are kinda long at 5pm. And for security purposes, if you have a carry item with you, you will be asked to leave it in the provided lockers, free of charge... Parking is not an option unless you park under the mall or in one of the external lots. They should sell wine. But there is a LCBO ne t door...

Good varieties of all countries of foods. The vegetables are always in cheaper prices at here. But the disadvantage is the narrow aisles. The waiting lines usually take 10 - 20 minutes to pass.

Could get really busy so I shop during the middle of the week.
Overall good prices, parking underground free if you purchase food

Great place to buy international food specially Asian food 🍱. They have variety with quality. You will also find fresh vegetables and fruits.
Also if you buy over $30 from nations you will get free parking for 2 hours.

This grocery store was larger than it looked. When I first walked into the store, I thought I was looking at a small size grocery store with all the aisles in front of me. But as you keep walking deeper into the store.. It just seems to never end. Food options here are endless.
They offer regular grocery foods, international, and Asian (not only Chinese) bakery, snacks, packaged foods, prepared hot and cold foods, and restaurants.

Always good prices for fruit and vegetables. Not the best quality of meat but fruits are decent. Be aware of the discounted items as they are usually pretty bad.

Great spot for Asian food and snacks, as well as a solid alternative for more affordable produce, meat, and seafood. And free parking!

A big super market with Variety of items:-Vegetables,fruits,meat,sea food items,groceries and much more.
Credit cards are not accepted there.Underground Parking space is another problem for busy days.
