Big Bee Food Mart

I moved to Hamilton a decade ago and when I saw this store it reminded me of a 7-11 or Raba. Same ideas and some Big Bee stores have much more like specialty cakes to die for and my favourite icecream cotton candy kwarthra.. really good!

Visited this location almost daily for over 1 year. Quick, easy, prices are good and the owners and clerks are super nice and friendly. Don't steal from your local convenience store and the neighborhood is a better place for everyone. Treat the people here with respect and they will help you out however they can.

The service was good at night at around 11ish that I went to get a bag of sponges. Glad they're open 24/7; may very well choose to be their frequent customer since they're the only grocery store in the area.

Shop here very frequently. A really good selection of everything. Even printer paper at a good price. They have just about everything. ATM too. Good place to go.

I am very very disappointed by today’s experience. Staff should be respectful to loyal customers. M coming twice a week to buy milk or groceries as I live on market st. Today when I came in, cashier didn’t help me finding out the 2% milk WITH EXPIRY AFTER 23rd Jan. I told him that I want to buy with expiry after 25th Jan or feb. He didn’t help me out and he told me to wait. I waited for more thn 15 mins and I went to cashier told him tht it’s poor customer service and asked him to give me a bill for milk. When I told him about poor customer service , he said to leave the store and he wont give me anything.

HE TOLD ME ITS HIS FIRST DAY AND HE DOESNT KNOW WHERE ALL THE MILK BAGS Are. I FELT HE IS RACIST AND HE DOESNT KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEFORE HIRING ANY STAFF YOU SHOULD TEACH THEM CUSTOM
SERVICE.
He was very very disrespectfully I was getting late and I wanted to buy milk but he told me to leave . WE ARE NOT HOMELESS WE ARE PAYING FOR WHAT WE ARE GETTING. EVERYONE SHOULD BE TREATED IN A GOOD MANNER NO MATTER WHAT.

Discrimination! my boyfriend went here to buy something at the counter and when putting his phone in his pocket was asked to empty his pockets. If someone's going to steal something they aren't going to come to the counter to pay for anything they're going to leave. We're honest people and this is unacceptable!

Visiet this location daily and for some reason my change is always a little short when its the women working. Count your change and take a recipet if yal really need a the change that bad 👎

The individual working purposefully gives the wrong change and acts surprised and indignant when called out on it. Very dishonest.
